The Villa Kremithas luxury villa rental has an internal elevator that connects all the 3 floors and fully air-conditioned 6 ensuite bedrooms.
Ground floor:
Upon entry, you will find yourself in the bright open plan living room with fireplace and dining area with direct access to the terrace with incredible sea views. There is also a generous rectangular table with 5 upholstered chairs. This room has sea views and direct access to the terrace via the glass sliding doors.
Terrace: directly accessible via sliding doors from the living room. This generous sized terrace offers a large rectangular table al fresco dinners – this area is shaded. On the left side of the terrace there is also a wicker furniture set.
Kitchen 1: The first kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances.
Bedroom 1: Queen size bed with a private balcony with sea view. The ensuite bathroom has a Jacuzzi bath. The bed can also be converted into 2 single beds.
Bedroom 2: Queen size bed with a private balcony with sea view. The ensuite bathroom has a hydro massage shower. The bed can also be converted into 2 single beds.
First Floor:
Office area: the office area offers a desk, a fireplace and a small library.
Bedroom 3 (Master Bedroom): This bedroom offers a king size bed. It also has access to a private balcony with sea view. Ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi bath.
Bedroom 4: Twin beds with a private balcony and sea view. The ensuite bathroom has a shower room.
Lower Ground
The whole ground level where the gym and steam room is has outside views either on the olive trees and garden or like the living room that has sea views.
Kitchen 2: fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. This second kitchen has a separate entrance for staff.
Dining and living room: bright and spacious living room furnished with two sumptuous sofas. It boasts a Satellite TV with a game console and driving wheel for PS4. Sea view.
Pool and Ping Pong Area: This area is directly connected to the living room with lots of entertainment.
Bedroom 6: This bedroom offers a king size bed. It also has access to a balcony with a garden view. Ensuite bathroom with a shower.
Wellness Area: This open space area comprises a gym with machines and a separated sauna and steam room and a massage shower room. The gym also has a separate entrance for PT and yoga teachers. It also has a separate room that leads to the tennis court.
Outdoors:
Swimming Pool Area : The infinity pool (13m x 9.5m and it’s o,90 x 1.50m deep) offers stunning sea views, has built in steps and ladder access. There is also a separate Jacuzzi and a smaller pool for children.
Just a few steps from the pool, there is also a changing room with a shower and WC.
Outdoor kitchen and BBQ: This is located in the pool house. There is a bar area, classical charcoal BBQ and outdoor kitchen. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a sink, hob, dishwasher and fridge. There is also a nice rectangular table that seats 12 people.
Tennis Court (16m x 8.10m): this court has a hard surface and it’s floodlit.
