This stunning fully-air conditioned villa comprises of three buildings: the main house, a guest house and a pool house. All of the bedrooms overlook the sea, are finished at the highest standards and feature Smart TV’s, Apple TV. Netflix, Wi-Fi, Sonos, Personal Safes.

Main house

The main house spreads over two floors and is internally connected via stairs. It offers 4 bedrooms on the first floor.

Ground floor

Living Room: The bright and spacious living room is centrally positioned adjoins the dining room on its rights. It boasts minimalistic décor. The central side of the living room boasts three elegant armchairs facing the floor-to-ceiling glass window that leads on the first terrace. On the left side of this massive hall, we find a more intimate sitting room with an L-shaped sumptuous sofa that sits up to 10 people. It faces a large glass window that has direct access to the terrace. There is a minimalistic glass fireplace on the left side of the sofa, that also serves as a divider and a Smart TV..

Dining area: on the right of the entrance hall, we find a distinct dining room and  boasts a large rectangular dining table and sits up to 10 guests.

Kitchen: it is directly accessible from the dining area and is sleek and boasts modern amenities. The kitchen is airy and spacious as well and has direct access to the front terrace. It also features a large working top with a hob and that can also be used as a breakfast table, thanks to its two tall stools.

Home Cinema: it features plenty of seating, that includes comfortable armchairs and stools facing a large screen.

First Floor

The stairs lead onto the first floor, where a long corridor that overlooks the large entrance hall below and the sea, leads to the four bedrooms of the Main House.

Pool House

There are 3 bedrooms on the pool house, which is at pool level whilst being attached to the main villa.

Guest House

There are 2 bedrooms in the guest house (15 – 20m from the main villa).
