This luxury villa to rent in Provence spans on two floors, with a very spacious and light living room on the ground floor, just off the entrance hall. In the Main Residence, there are six double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, while the seventh bedroom is in a separate annex which also has its own kitchenette and an elegant living room that features original beams and designer furniture. There is air-conditioning in all bedrooms, as well as ceiling fans/cooling floor system in the main living areas. There is also a wine cellar, and private parking available for up to 5 cars.

Set within large gardens, surrounded by ancient trees, this luxury Provencal Farmhouse has a heated and covered swimming pool. The perfectly lawned garden features lavender bushes, cypress and olive trees, and there is also a floodlit tennis court. A terrace just outside the house is furnished for relaxing outdoors, and there is also an adjacent dining terrace.

Main Residence

This building spans on two levels and is connected via stairs.

Ground floor

Living Room: two elegant sofas face each other (each sits up to 3 guests) in this elegantly decorated formal space that also features beams and traditional floors.

Sitting room: another sitting room where guests can relax after a long day, this room boasts a contemporary sofa that sits up to 3 people, two comfortable armchairs and a working desk. An impressive stone fireplace adds depth to the space. On the other end of the living room we find the TV room.

Bar: between the sitting room and the kitchen/dining area there is a bar at disposal of the guests that also features two wine coolers and speakers.

Dining room and kitchen: This large open-space can be accessed from the sitting room through a large opening and features a spacious contemporary kitchen that offers high spec equipment that include a professional fridge, two ovens and two sinks – one being placed on the working floating counter that can also become a snacks table and sits two people. Opposite the kitchen, we find the large dining table that can sit up to 10 guests.

Bedroom 1/Master (50m2): This spacious suite as it is in its own wing of the house and it features its own terrace, an office space, a large dressing room and an ensuite bathroom.

First floor

There are 6 bedrooms on the first floor, all of them have ensuite bathrooms. 

Guest House

This independent apartment is accessible from the garden and is ideal for a couple who wants extra privacy or stall as it also features a kitchenette and a living room.

Bedroom 7: this bedroom also features its own ensuite.

Outdoor highlights

There is a large terrace on the ground floor that features an outdoor sitting area with wicker furniture. Two sofas (seat up to 3 people each) and two armchair and there is a large dining table for alfresco dining that sit up to 12 people.

The manicured gardens are 2 hectares, where we find the swimming pool and the well-lit tennis court.

Swimming pool (15.2m x 6.5m): has security cover, an alarm and can be heated upon request.
