Set on a hectare of plot, this luxury villa near Marseille is immersed in a well-manicured garden and features a gym, a pool bar overlooking the large heated* swimming pool and breath-taking views of the surrounding olive groves and the Alpilles.

With its 6 well-appointed ensuite bedrooms, Villa Terres Rouges accommodates up to 6 people and is suitable for a multigenerational family as one of them is on the ground floor, with direct access to the garden and pool.

Within the grounds, guests will also enjoy the use of a sauna, a private gym and  a pétanque court.

Ground floor

Living room: the spacious and bright living room has high ceilings with wooden breams and has access to the patio via large glass French windows. It features a large L-shaped sofa that seats up to 6 people and a 3-seater sofa facing an imposing fireplace.

Kitchen & Dining: this spacious open space offers a distinct kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook fresh meals from scratch and a working kitchen island with a marbled sink and a bar counter that seats 2 people (on tall bar stools). The kitchen seamlessly connects to the formal dining area that feature an elegant dining table that seats up to 14 guests. Both kitchen and dining room offer access to the external patio and large windows.

Bedroom 6: it features a king size bed (180×200). Its ensuite has a shower and a WC and offers views of the Alpilles. This lovely bedroom has direct access to the pool patio.

Outdoor highlights

This luxury traditional mas is built on a hectare of plot that features olive trees in the Alpilles natural park.

Pool house: the shaded pergola is accessed via three ascending steps and overlooks the Alpilles and features a an outdoor seating area arranged around a firepit. Here you will also find a bar.

Swimming pool (17x5m): the heated swimming pool benefits from breath-taking views of the Alpilles. There are also plenty of sun loungers and chairs.

Alfresco dining: the vine arbour offers shade a views on the olive groves. There is a large outdoor dining table that seats up to 10 people.

Wellness area: There is a pétanque court and a paved courtyard that leads to the well-equipped gym and sauna as well as distinct terraces with outdoor seating.
