Living room: Large living room (70m2) with a cooling floors and large glass arches overlooking and giving direct access to the surrounding garden. The sitting areas consists of two large sofas sitting 3 people each facing each other and two stylish armchairs arranged around the imposing stone fireplace.

Kitchen: the kitchen is well equipped with high spec amenities, including a wine cellar, a working counter top that can be used as a breakfast table that sits 8 people and has a rustic feeling.

The dining area features a solid oak table that can sit up to 10 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a wine cellar and overlooks the kitchen.

Bedroom 1 (14mq) : It features a queen size bed, an opened bathroom with a shower and sink and and a separated WC. Shower. It has direct access to the gardens.

First Floor

The first floor can be also reached via the spiral staircase starting from the large open living area.

Bedroom 3/Master Bedroom (27mq) : It features a king size bed, a dressing room, an opened bathroom with a walk in-shower, a double sink and a separate area with a bath. It overlooks the gardens, the vineyards and the Alpilles park.

Bedroom 4 (20mq): It features a king size bed, a separated bathroom (7mq) with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. It overlooks the gardens and the Alpilles park.

Bedroom 5/Master: It features a king size bed, a dressing room, an opened bathroom with a walk in-shower and a double sink. It overlooks the gardens, the vineyards and the Alpilles park.

Laundry room: (washing machine, dryer, iron, iron board)

Outdoor features 

Pool house: The pool house is located a few steps away from the Main residence and boast a well-equipped summer kitchen and a BBQ with a large dining table that sits up to 14 guests.

Swimming Pool: the large heated overflow swimming pool is lined with sun loungers and immersed in the garden and overlooks the mountains.

The pétanque court is also at full disposal of the guests.
