The sitting areas consists of two large sofas sitting 3 people each facing each other and two stylish armchairs arranged around the imposing stone fireplace.
Kitchen: the kitchen is well equipped with high spec amenities, including a wine cellar, a working countertop that can be used as a breakfast table that sits 8 people and has a rustic feeling.
The dining area features a solid oak table that can sit up to 10 people.
Bedroom 1 (14mq): It features a queen size bed, an opened bathroom with a shower and sink and a separated WC. Shower. It has direct access to the gardens.

The first floor can be also reached via the spiral staircase starting from the large open living area.

Pool house: The pool house is located a few steps away from the Main residence and boast a well-equipped summer kitchen and a BBQ with a large dining table that sits up to 14 guests.

The pétanque court is also at full disposal of the guests.
