This luxury villa in Provence spans over two floors and is internally connected via stairs and can be split into East and West Wing.

Ground floor (537 sqm)

East Wing

The entrance opens onto a foyer where there is also a staircase that leads upstairs. On the right there is a spacious Piano room and on the left there is the small kitchen.

Piano Room: this room is accessible from the casual kitchen through the entrance foyer and features a dining table for 8 people and naturally blends in with the sitting area of this large open space. The sitting area consists of a sofa that sits four guests and a pouf beautifully arranged around the stone fireplace and a smart TV. Next to the large arched window sists the grand piano and another antique style Roman sofa.

Kitchen: this casual family kitchen is well-equipped and a floating working countertop with 2 stools and a round dining table that sits up to 6 people.

There is another small sitting room that also features a guest toilet and leads to the West  Wing.

West Wing

Wine Cellar: The cellar can also be used as a tasting room and features an antique stone sink in the centre of the room.

Formal dining room: it overlooks the courtyard and features a large rectangular dining table that sits up to 16 people and seamlessly blends with the sitting area that consists of two sofas facing each other and a coffee table. Here, there is also another staircase that leads to the first floor.

Professional kitchen: this has two ovens, 4 burners, a flat top and salamander grill, dishwasher, fridge, ice machine, and prep area with stainless steel counters. It has direct access to a covered patio through a large arched window. The patio features a large dining table that sits 20 people, a stone pizza oven and a wicker cosy outdoor sitting area that can sit 8 people.

First floor (551 sqm)

On this floor we find the sleeping area and a salon with a sitting area that boasts two sofa facing each other and two armchairs opposite a stone fireplace.

The bedrooms overlook the romantic courtyard and the gardens.

West Wing

The Bellevue Room: it features a king bed with an en-suite with a double sink, bathtub and shower.

The Provencal Room: it features a queen bed with an en-suite with a double sink, a bathtub and shower.

Central Wing:

The Ventoux Room: it features a king bed with an en-suite with a shower.

The Courtyard Room: it features a queen bed with an en-suite with a bathtub and shower.

East Wing

The Rafter Room : it features a king bed with a small en-suite with a shower and a double sink.

The Cave Room: it features a queen bed with an en-suite with a shower.

The Lavender Room: it features a king bed with an en-suite with a bathtub, a double sink, and shower.

The Orchard Room (Master Bedroom): it features a king bed with an en-suite with a double sink, a bathtub and shower.

Outdoor highlights

The intimate courtyard is accessible from multiple rooms on the ground floor and features bistro tables and a traditional working fountain in the centre of the yard. The courtyard is also accessible from an open large stone arch that gives direct access to the path leading to the gate and the surrounding gardens and swimming pool area.

Swimming pool area: it boasts the stunning 200 years old magnesium swimming pool that features an original antique fountain and is lined on both sides by sun loungers. Here, you will also find the outdoor shower.
