The grounds of the luxury villa rental in South of France feature large plane trees and olive groves, typical of the area, as well as fountains, a large heated swimming pool that features an ancient old mill, a surrounding terrace and a pergola providing shade. At the bottom of the garden is a sanctified chapel, which can be used for meditation. There is also a vegetable garden, which guests can use, as well as fresh eggs every day ethically produced in the chicken coop. The property also boasts a tennis court  and a newly built spa and fitness room at full disposal of the guests.

Renovated by renowned architects, with tall arched stone ceilings, the interiors are a very tasteful mix of natural materials and contemporary designs. Mas Maussane can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests as there are spacious living areas and 8 large air-conditioned bedrooms with Smart TV and an ensuite bathroom each. Four of the bedrooms also have direct access to a large bar-cinema-lounge that also features a Foosball table. This large space can also be used as a conference room.

Outside, beautifully landscaped gardens feature a pergola, ponds, a fountain, tennis and pétanque courts, and a heated saltwater pool with sun loungers and a pool bar. The property also includes an intimate chapel for meditation or quiet reflection.

The village of Maussane les Alpilles is also within an easy walk from the property, and there are also mountain bikes available for adults and children, as well as two electric bikes – perfect for exploring the surrounding countryside.

Mas Maussane is a luxury villa that was a  beautiful Provençal mas dating from the 18th century,  now modernised but retaining its original charm. It is just a walk, or 4 minute drive, from the pretty village of Maussane les Alpilles. Les Baux de Provence is just a 10 minute drive away.

Pricing

€35,000 - €50,400 per week

The pool can be heated for an extra fee of €3000 per week and is available only from October to April due to environmental reasons. We recommend to inform your agents in advance as warming up the pool may take a few days.
