The charming Provençal village of Eyragues and the picturesque, historic fortified village of Les Baux de Provence are just a short drive away.

Originally an old Provençal farmhouse dating back 200 years, the spacious interiors have been meticulously renovated, preserving their historic charm. The exceptional craftsmanship retains original beams, antique furniture and even a vintage table football game from the 1950s. The spacious living room has comfortable sofas that elegantly face a fire fireplace and an office area with a wonderful view of the park. The bright semi-open kitchen and dining area seamlessly connects through a large opening in the wall. There are six double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the first floor and  a master bedroom with its own private wing and terrace with direct access to the garden. While the seventh bedroom is in a separate annex which also has its own kitchenette and an elegant living room that features original beams and pare-feuille floors recovered from the roof of the villa.

There are also furnished terraces for alfresco dining or relaxing in the sunshine while enjoying the views. Mas Chapelle is set in beautiful park-like grounds of two hectares with perfectly manicured gardens fringed by ancient trees and a large swimming pool with security cover and pool alarm. Outside the villa there are two large plane trees, and the lawned gardens, a small stream of water gently flows lined with lavender plants and overlooks an olive grove.

This luxury villa rental in Provence spans on two floors connected via stairs and is spread over two buildings: the Main Residence and the Guest House, where the 7^th bedroom is situated.

The Main Residence  

Ground floor

Living room: the entrance opens on to the ample living room that boasts antique 50s foosball table and a sitting room area, where two large sofas that sit up 4 people each and two designer armchairs are elegantly arranged around the stone fireplace. There is also a well-sized glass table that can be used for playing games or to work from home that sits up to 4 people and a working desk, just next to the front door. This space is bright as has access to the outdoor areas through a large arched glass window-door. It overlooks the front courtyard and park of the villa.

Kitchen & Dining area: this open space is accessible from the living room through the large opening on the right side of the property. The kitchen offers all the most modern equipment as well as a floating working table complete with a wine cooler that can seat up to 4 people on its tall stools. A few steps away, the rustic dining tables sits up to 12 guests.

Bedroom 1/Master (50m2): This spacious suite is accessible from the left end of the living room. It is in its own dedicated wing and it features its own terrace, an office space, a large dressing room and an ensuite bathroom. It has a large window and direct access to the garden through the covered terrace, that also features two sun loungers. `

First floor

Bedroom 2 + Bedroom 3: This accommodation consists of two double bedrooms (one is convertible into a twin). It is ideal for a small family and share a bathroom.

Bedroom 4, 5 and 6: These double bedrooms have an ensuite each and all overlook the Alpilles.

Guest House

This independent apartment is accessible from the garden and overlooks the pool. It is ideal for a couple who want extra privacy or staff as it also features a kitchenette and a living room. Its covered terrace also boasts a large L-shaped wicker sofa that sits up to 8 people and two armchairs.

Bedroom 7: this bedroom also features its own ensuite.

Outdoor highlights

Loggia: The large covered loggia is directly accessible from the indoor dining area and boasts a long rectangular dining table that can seat up to 14 people.

From this area, a wide path leads to the guest house and swimming pool.

Swimming Pool (16m x 6m): this large swimming pool can also be covered and heated upon request.
