This luxury villa in Provence spreads on two buildings: the Main Residence and the Cottage.

Main Residence

The main residence is internally connected with stairs and spans on two levels. A large ornamental fountain on the main terrace welcome guests.

Ground floor

The ample entry hall is the starting point, on the right we find a hallway that respectively leads to the Mud Room, Chaufferie and to the spacious Orangerie and stairs that lead to the first floor. Immediately on the left side of the hall, there is a guest bathroom with 2 toilet cubicles.

On the front, we enter the regal dining room, that respectively leads to the living areas and kitchen.

Dining Room: this beautifully decorated room features a large dining table that sits 18 guests and an elegant stone fireplace and connects to the gardens.

Living room: the stylish living room is either directly accessible from the dining room, or from the hallway that also leads to the Orangerie. Here, three sumptuous sofas that each sit 3 guests are arranged around an elegant deep cushioned extra large coffee table and face an imposing fireplace. The garden and the largest terrace on the ground floor, is accessible via a large arched veranda style windows that also allows plenty of light in the room. The terrace opposite the Orangerie features sun loungers and umbrellas.

Orangerie: this room can be accessed from the hallway via 4 descending steps and is lined with window doors that seamlessly connect the garden terrace and feature a bistrot table that sits up to 6 people.

Family Room: This cosy area features two sofas that sit 3 people each and two armchairs.  It sits between the Butler’s Patry (right after the dining room) and the Breakfast Room and are connected to them. This room is also accessible via 3 descending steps, just landing next to the stone fireplace overlooked by two armchairs.

Breakfast Room: It features an oval table that seats 10 people and Provencal décor. It has direct access outdoors via a floor-to-ceiling door-window.

Kitchen: the lovely country elegant kitchen has a nostalgic feeling and features a large wooden table that can either be used for a quick snack for up to 6 people or as a working countertop. Behind the kitchen, is a generous pantry.

First floor

The elegant staircase leads to from the entry hall to the first floor, where the 9 ensuite double bedrooms are found and all overlook the surrounding gardens. The landing has a cosy sitting area

Chambre Master: This spacious corner Master Suite with a four postered king-sized bed, a sofa and private bathroom featuring a very large shower of Calcutta marble, a double sink and a freestanding bathtub.

Chambre Fontaine: The second master bedroom with king-sized bedroom, views over the main gardens and a private ensuite bathroom with, double sink, a free-standing bathtub which sits beneath the window.

Chambre Poirier:  it features a king size bed with an armchair. Its ensuite has a double sink, a shower, a freestanding tub and a separated wc.

Chambre Jacques et George: it features a king size bed with an armchair. Its ensuite has a double sink, a shower, a freestanding tub and a separated wc.

Chambre Samantha: it features a king size bed with an armchair. Its ensuite has a double sink, a shower, a freestanding tub and a separated wc.

Chambre Audrey: It feature a queen size bed and shares the Jack and Jill style bathroom with Chambre Marguerite and has a double sink, a shower, a freestanding tub and a separated wc.

Chambre Marguerite: This king sized bedroom shares the Jack and Jill style bathroom with Chambre Audrey and has a double sink, a shower, a freestanding tub and a separated wc.

The Cottage

Just a few metres away, the Cottage features 2 ensuite queen bedrooms and features its own living room and pizza oven area. It is internally connected via stairs.

Ground floor

Upon entrance, we get into the entry hall: on the left, lovely sitting room with a long sofa that can sit 5 people and a smart TV.

Chambre Lavande: the first door on the right, this bedroom features a Queen sized bed on the ground floor of the cottage which opens onto the gardens and as a private detached bathroom accessible from the hallway and features a double sink and a large shower. Its toilet is separated and accessible from the hallway.

First floor

Chambre Olivier: this bedroom features a queen sized that overlooks the gardens, with an ensuite bathroom that features a bathtub, a separated wc and a shower.

Outdoors highlights

The elegant, manicured gardens feature secular trees, elegant cypresses and plenty of outdoor sitting areas for magical evenings and sun loungers and umbrellas to soak under the sun.

Swimming pool area: the gate opens up onto rose plants upon entrance. The pool lined with sun loungers, umbrellas and a spacious gazebo that offers shade during sunny days and a large dining table that sits up to 15 people.

Tennis Court: the lovely tennis court is well-maintained and features also a basketball hoop gazebo that shades away a table that sits 6 players, 2 benches and a larger round table that sits up to 12 people just outside for anyone who wants to enjoy watching the games.
