On the ground floor of this luxury villa rental in Provence, there are two bedrooms, and there are three on the first floor, including the master bedroom, as well as a laundry room, including ironing facilities. All the bedrooms have bathroom that guarantee maximum comfort.

Surrounded by beautiful countryside, guests will be able to explore the famous historic Provencal towns and villages, including Mausanne des Alpilles, Eygalieres, St Rémy de Provence and Arles. The area is also known for its many vineyards and olive groves, as well as offering delicious cuisine and local wine.

This luxury Provencal Batide in Provence consists of the Main Residence and the Guest House connected via a stone path surrounded by olive trees. It can be reached from the front terrace via an ascending staircase.

The Main Residence

The main Residence span on two floors and is interconnected with stairs.

Ground floor

Kitchen: the kitchen is fully equipped with high spec amenities and overlooks the garden. There is a working countertop in the centre that can also seat 2 people and there is also a round breakfast table that can sit up to 5 people. A large glass window-door directly connected to the terrace.

Dining room: the formal dining room features a long rectangular dining table that sits up

Living Room: a fireplace adorns this elegant room, two sofas that sit 4 people each, face each other. There is direct access to the front terrace through a large floor-to-ceiling glass door.

TV room: there is a sumptuous L-shaped sofa that sits 5 people and faces a TV.  The outdoor terrace can be accessed via 2 large glass high-to-ceiling doors.

Bedroom 1: This spacious bedroom features a king size bed (180×200), an open-plan ensuite with a shower, double basin and WC. This bedroom also has garden access.

First floor

Bedroom 2: this lovely bedroom features a king-size bed (180×200), opened bathroom (shower, double sinks and a WC). It overviews the garden and mountains.

Bedroom 3: It features a king-size bed (180×200) and ensuite bathroom with shower, double basins, WC.

Bedroom 4: It features a king-size bed (180×200) and adjacent bathroom with a shower, basin, WC.

Bedroom 5/Master Bedroom: this spacious bedroom features a king-size bed with a desk and a separate bathroom with a bath, a shower, double basins and a WC.

Laundry room: there is a washing machine, a dryer, iron and iron board.

Guest house

This standalone independent suite features a king-size bed and a separate bathroom with shower, basin, WC. It also has direct access to the pool terrace.

Outdoor highlights

Front terrace (Main Residence):  on the right of the entrance, there is an outdoor shaded area that features a dining table that sits up to 10 people.

There is a cosy outdoor seating area that features two sofas that sit 2 people each and an armchair arranged around the brazier.

Dining by the pool: The annex also features a terrace with a loggia with a long dining table that can sit up to 10 people.

Swimming pool (20x5m): The heated and salted swimming pool (20 x5m) is open from May to September) and is lined with comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas.

There is also a pétanque court available for guests.

This luxury villa rental in the Provencal countryside, is located just a 5-minute drive from historic Les Baux de Provence. Mausanne des Alpille and Eygalieres are also within twenty minutes’ drive. Wednesday is market day in St Rémy de Provence where a huge choice of local items is available, from food products to local ceramics, to clothes and books.
