This luxurious apartment spans three floors, connected internally by a contemporary staircase and accessible via a lift. Air conditioning is available on the first floor only, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout the property.
Upon entering on the Entrance Level, you are greeted by a spacious hall, leading directly to the staircase that connects all levels. The Kitchen, measuring 11.77m², is partially separated from the dining area by a long marble countertop, and is fully equipped with the latest modern amenities. Adjacent to the kitchen is the open-plan Living Area, spanning 75m². This spacious room blends original stonework from the abbey with modern art pieces. The central dining area features a rectangular table with designer chairs, seating up to six guests. The first sitting area, furnished with three armchairs, a recamier sofa, and a coffee table, faces a large window, allowing ample natural light. At the far end of the room, the media area provides two plush sofas arranged around a smart TV, creating a perfect space for entertainment.
A guest toilet (2.08m²) is conveniently located near the stairs, offering a sink and WC. This toilet has direct access to the hallway, which leads to the main dining area.
The staircase leads to the mezzanine Upper Level, where an open Office Area (24.99m²) is equipped with a baroque-style desk and chairs, providing a peaceful spot for work. At the far end of the corridor, the Master Bedroom (21.54m²) is located. This room features a king-size bed and boasts an elegant en-suite bathroom with minimalist design, including a bathtub, walk-in shower with a glass partition, and a WC. The master bedroom overlooks the living area and is separated by a glass wall, though it can be concealed with a floor-to-ceiling curtain for privacy.
On the Lower Level, the spacious living area occupies the left side of the floor, while the semi-open secondary kitchen (6 sqm) is located on the right. This secondary kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare fresh meals, and features a round dining table seating six. A guest toilet (2.8 sqm) is situated next to the kitchen and is shared with Bedroom 1 but is separated for convenience.
The Second Bedroom (13.54m²) is generously sized and features a king-size bed, a desk, and a large wardrobe. Its en-suite bathroom (13.69m²) includes a bathtub with a shower fixture, as well as a separate WC, which is shared with the kitchen. This bedroom is also accessible from the sitting area on this floor.
The Third Bedroom (16.48m²) offers a double sofa bed that can be converted into a queen-size bed, a sitting area, and a desk. Its en-suite bathroom features both a bathtub and a shower, along with a WC. This room is accessible from the dining area on the lower floor and does not have an exterior window.
