While the abbey itself no longer remains, its historical significance remains, as a centre of intellectual life prior to the French Revolution. In the 17th Century the abbey’s location was among the most popular and fashionable areas of Paris. To this day, the area remains steeped in Parisian arts and culture, including museums, boutiques, art galleries, and bookstores.

This stunning apartment rental in Paris has lift access and spreads over three floors and is internally connected with stairs. This exceptionally spacious triplex, with double-volume living areas and two kitchens is also filled with natural light, and with designer high-end furnishings and original art-pieces throughout.

This luxury apartment spreads over three floors and is internally connected with stairs. It is located in a historical building and has lift access. A/C is available on the first floor only.

Entrance Level:

The entrance opens up onto the spacious hall and you will face the internal contemporary staircase that connects the floors starts from the entrance hallway.

Kitchen (11.77mq): it overlooks the dining room and is partially divided by the long marbled countertop. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with the most modern amenities.

Living Areas (75mq): This modern and spacious open-plan living room boasts the main dining and  sitting area with original stonework from the abbey combined with modern art-pieces.

The rectangular dining table and designer chairs sits to 6 guests. The first sitting area comprises of three armchairs and a recamier sofa and a coffee table facing the large window.

At the end of the living area, the space is dedicated to a media room that boasts two large sumptuous sofas facing a smart TV.

Guest toilet 1 (2.08mq): it has a sink and a wc and is tucked away, on the right side of the stairs and has direct access to the hall that leads to the main dining area.

Upper Level:

The staircase leads to the mezzanine floor, where we find an open office area (24.99mq) that boasts a baroque style desk and chairs at the guests disposal. On the other end of the long corridor, there is the Master Bedroom.

Master Bedroom (21.54mq): on the other end of this stonewall bedroom offers a king size bed. The ensuite is elegantly tiled and boasts a minimal style bathtub, a walk in shower with a glass partition and a WC. This bedroom overlooks the living area and is partitioned with a glass wall, however it is easily hidden with a floor to ceiling curtain.

Lower Level:

On your right you will find a large living area, that lies on the left side of the property and on the right, we have the semi-open secondary kitchen.

Kitchen 2 (6mq): the semi open secondary kitchen boasts all the necessary amenities to prepare fresh meals from scratch. There is also a round dining table that can sit up to six guests.

Guest toilet 1 (2.8mq): it is directly accessible from the right side of the kitchen. This WC is shared with the Bedroom 1, however it is separated but directly accessible to its ensuite.

Bedroom 1 (13.54mq): this spacious bedroom offers a king size bed, a desk, a large wardrobe. Its ensuite (13.69) features a bathtub with shower fixture and a separated WC (shared with the kitchen). This bedroom is also accessible from the sitting area of this floor.

Bedroom 2 (16.48mq): this bedroom offers a double sofa bed that can be converted to a queen size bed, a sitting room and a desk and its ensuite has a bathtub, a shower  and a WC. This room is accessible from the dining area of the lower floor and has no exterior window.
