Sitting room: comprises of a sumptuous sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed if needed and a coffee table facing a smart tv and the dining table with designer chairs.

Terrace: the lovely terrace boasts outdoor furniture and is accessible via two steps from the living room – the window is floor-to-ceiling, however please note that it may be shorter than usual, so you may have to pay extra attention when reaching the terrace.

Bedroom 1 (13mq): this bedroom boasts a king-size bed (180×200). Its ensuite features a walk-in shower with a WC.
