The apartment is on the first floor of a historical building and is accessible through a front door and interphone. The entrance opens up into a small private courtyard and on the left, a glass door leads to the staircase leading to the first floor.

Kitchen: It is the first room on the left, upon entrance. The country style kitchen is stylish and fully-equipped with the most modern amenities. It has large windows facing the private courtyard and allowing plenty of light.

Bedroom: It is situated on the left, at the end of the hallway. It features a sumptuous queen size bed with upholstered headboard, a desk and a window seat overlooking the courtyard. The ensuite of this bedroom is divided two parts: the first area behind a large cream curtain, features an antique French bathtub and it’s accessible via a small step. The bathroom with shower, a heated towel rank, sink and WC is separated from the bathtub area.

Living Areas: Straight the end of the hallway there is the sitting room area featuring a comfortable sofa, four cushioned armchairs facing an authentic marble fireplace and a Smart TV.

The dining area is set up in a corner of the living area and offers a large glass table, seating six people.

Study: is adjacent the living room on the left and accessible via an opening. Both areas can be split by the large curtain should the guest wish. This spacious room offers an antique desk facing the courtyard, a sofa bed and a separate WC room.
