This luxury rental apartment in Paris is located on the 6th floor and has lift access.
The entrance opens up in the open-plan living and kitchen space. This apartment is meticulously decorated with an elegant mix of contemporary and Nordic inspired furnishings.
Open-plan living area: this spacious area combines the sitting area, kitchen and dining area. As we enter, we find the sitting area that features a sumptuous sofa, two coffee tables, two comfortable armchairs and a smart TV. The sitting area faces the ample terrace of the apartment.
Right before we enter the kitchen space, we find the glass dining table that comfortably sits up to six guests.
The semi open kitchen is at the end of the ample living area and features modern amenities and this is also where the washing machine and the dryer are located.
The kitchen has its own access to the large terrace, the outstanding feature of this apartment.
Terrace (20mq): It comprises of two different sitting areas – right outside the kitchen and there is a breakfast table and on the other end of the terrace (right opposite the sitting area) the is a contemporary style sitting area where guests can gather and relax after a long day exploring Paris. The terrace benefits from a plenty of flowers and plants and from the stunning view on the traditional Parisian buildings and vibrant streets.
The corridor leads to the sleeping areas where we find the bedrooms and the shared bathroom.
Bedroom 1: this is the first bedroom on the right side of the corridor and features a double bed and a built in wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: this bedroom is located on the left side of the corridor, just after the bathroom and features a double bed and a built in wardrobe.
Bathroom: The bathroom is the first room on the left side of the corridor and it is shared between both bedrooms. The spacious bathroom has marble finishings and has a large American shower, a sink and a wc.
