Dining & Living room: the spacious open-plan living area comprises of two distinct areas. Coming from the entrance, you will find the lovely dining room boasting a generous dining table that comfortably sits six guests and a credenza with plenty of dishware and glassware.
Kitchen: The kitchen is semi-open and overlooks the dining room. It boasts modern amenities and a breakfast table that sits up to two people and overlooks the Parisian building and cute street below.
Living room: It is directly accessible either from the dining room and boasts a sumptuous L-shaped sofa and a coffee table.
Master Bedroom (18mq): coming from the main entrance, on the left side of the apartment and at the end of the hallway we find the master bedroom. It features a king size bed 180×200 (convertible into twins), a spacious wardrobe and has an elegant ensuite with a bathtub, a sink and a wc.
Bedroom 2 (10.5mq): it is directly accessible from the living room on the left side. It boasts a king size bed 180×200 (convertible into twins) and an ensuite with a shower, a sink and a wc.
There is a spacious wardrobe in the corridor next to bedroom 2 that guests can use for storage.
