The building was originally a famous embroidery workshop, as well as artists’ apartments, and the hotel, now renovated throughout in a very contemporary style, still retains an artistic atmosphere.
This luxury apartment is accessed via a lift and then stairs from the hotel floor just below, and the accommodation is on two levels and is internally connected with stairs*.
With high ceilings and expansive windows, the space is flooded with natural light, creating an airy and bright atmosphere with breath-taking views of Parisian rooftops and the stylish streets below. The modern design includes sculptures and works of art, including drawings by Dominique Pouchain, the very colourful paintings of the American artist, Gordon Hopkins, as well as a mobile structure by the plastic artist Stéphanie Guglielmetti. The unique furniture has been designed especially by Carlo Mollina, known for his clean lines and comfortable chairs and sofas.

Rue de Surène, 8e is located in a historical building and has lift access. This luxury apartment spreads over two floors, is connected internally with stairs. Please note that the staircase is quite steep, so not suitable for those who find stairs difficult.
Open-Plan Kitchen and living room: The modern and contemporary style kitchen area is well-equipped and seamlessly integrates with the stylish sitting area. The anthracite minimalistic kitchen also offers a dining rectangular table and upholstered chairs and an electric blue sofa that comfortably sits 3 people.
The kitchen area is semi-separated from the living room with a glass partition.
On the other end of this spacious room, there is the sitting area comprises of an L-shaped sofa, a comfortable leather armchair with its footstool arranged around a coffee table and a working desk space facing the huge pitched-roof windows that foster stunning views of Paris. There is also a Smart TV and a contemporary style hanging Gas fireplace at the disposal of the guests.
Master Bedroom: This stylish bedroom boasts a double bed and its unique ensuite bathroom has glass partition and a bathtub. There is also a separate WC.
