A lift in the building takes you directly to the apartment (85m2) on the 1st floor. There are two entrances to the apartment: one is in the kitchen and the other in the long hallway. There are large rounded floor-level windows in each room and typical French low ceilings, which enhance the warmth and charm of this lovely apartment. The cosy living room overlooks the historic Palais Royal. There is a dining table (seats 6), comfortable chairs and two couches, which can be used as single beds for children. The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils.

There are two bedrooms: the king-size ensuite bedroom overlooks the Palais Royal Gardens, while the queen-size bedroom overlooks the quiet narrow street behind. There are 2 full bathrooms next to each bedroom both with spacious showers. The shower of the master bedroom is equipped for people with mobility issues. Please note that you are under the arcade of the Palais Royal but with a direct view onto the gardens.

This luxury rental apartment in Paris is located on the second floor where the lift will take you. Once you are on the second floor, there are three steps to reach the entrance to the living room, while the kitchen is accessible from the bottom left corner of the hall and doesn’t have any steps.

There are two entrances, one into the kitchen and the other one into the hallway.

Kitchen: The kitchen is separated from the living areas and boasts modern amenities and a breakfast table that sits up to two people and overlooks the Parisian building and cute street below.

Living room: It is directly accessible either from the kitchen or from the left side of the main hallway. The bright and spacious open-plan living and dining room comprises of the sitting area with a beautiful L-shaped sofa facing the two arched windows that overlook the stunning Royal Gardens. There is a glass round dining table and chairs that comfortably sit up to six persons.

Master Bedroom: coming from the main entrance, on the right side of the apartment and at the end of the hallway we find the master bedroom that shares the same view of the Royal Gardens.  It features a king size bed (convertible into twins) and has an elegant ensuite with a large shower also suitable for people with mobility issues.

Bedroom 2: it is directly accessible from the living room on the left side. It boasts a queen size bed (convertible into twins) and one spacious wardrobe. This lovely bedroom has a lovely street view.

It has a separated bathroom, which is located between the living room and the bedroom 2. It boasts a shower, wc and a sink. Please note that the corridor that leads to Bedroom 2 and its bathroom can also be closed off, which ensures privacy of the guests.
