The apartment (65m2), on three levels, has its own private entryway from Rue de Montpensier, and also from the Palais Royal gardens. The entryway and living room are on the ground floor. The living room has high ceilings and lovely floor to ceiling French windows that open to the gardens, and shops of Palais Royal. There are two cosy bedrooms, one overlooking the Palais Royal Gardens and the other overlooking the Rue de Montpensier, and one full bath on the second floor. The fully equipped kitchen and half bath (WC and basin) are on the lower ground floor.

Nearby, there are plenty of of lovely cafes, restaurants and wine bars in the surrounding vibrant streets. Adjacent to the apartment there is a restaurant where you can enjoy a delicious French meal sitting under the arches during the summer months. Please note that during opening hours (until 11pm) you may hear its activity if the windows are left open. Please note that there are stairways leading from the entryway to the bedrooms and from the living room to the kitchen. They are fairly narrow and could pose a problem for someone elderly or someone who has trouble walking.

On the ground floor the entrance hallway leads to the living room. This romantic room combines element of contemporary and neoclassic design and boasts a generous sofa that comfortably sits two, two stylish armchairs and it overlooks the charming Palais-Royals gardens.

The fully equipped kitchen is accessible via stairs directly from the living room. There is also a round dining table and a separated half-bathroom with a WC and basin.

First Floor
