Upon entrance, the exquisite glass staircase will lead you on the upper floor, directly in the contemporary stylish living area which compromises of living room and kitchen. The skylights and large windows on one side make this area airy and luminous.
The Living room and the Master Bedroom, which is located on the first floor, have air conditioning. The lower ground is very well isolated, therefore doesn’t need A/C.
Living Room: offers a large stylish L-shaped velvet sofa and a minimalist coffee table.
Kitchen & Dining Area: well equipped kitchen boasting modern amenities and a worktop with tools that can be also used as a bar area as required.
Bedrooms: Please note that each bedroom has an en-suite shower room. The WC is separate from the shower room and there two of them, one on each floor.
Master Bedroom: It offers a Queen size bed (160×200), an armchair and a marble shower room accessible from the room, with a double sink. The WC room is separated from the bedroom, but just adjacent to the bedroom. This bedroom is air conditioned. This bedroom is on the first floor, on the same level as the living area.

At the very end of the corridor leading to bedrooms 2&3, there are a washing machine and dryer that can be hidden away to create a sleek and modern ambiance.
