There is a large dining table, which can seat 8, and three sofas, including one that can be converted into a queen-size bed. The kitchen is open-plan to the living room and is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils.

There is an interior staircase in the living room that leads up to the second level. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and the terrace are on the second level. Two of the bedrooms are fitted with king-sized beds (one that can be separated into twins) and one bedroom has a queen-sized bed. One of the bedrooms on the second floor has French doors opening to a private terrace. All three bathrooms have large bathtubs with showers.

Living and dining room: this spacious and bright open-plan room has floor-to-ceiling French windows leading to a long balcony directly overlooking the historic Palais Royal gardens.

The dining area features a glass dining table that comfortably sits six persons and is directly opposite to the kitchen.

Its sitting area boasts two generous sofas facing each other, with two designer chairs on one side and a decorative stone fireplace on the other.

Kitchen: has direct access to the living areas and is separated from the dining & living room with only a countertop that guests can also enjoy a drink or have a quick snack thanks to the three bar stools. The kitchen is well-equipped with the most modern appliances.

Bedroom 1: it is adjacent to the living areas and it offers a queen sized bed, with a large walk-in closet and an ensuite with a bathtub with shower fixture, sink and wc. This bedroom overlooks the charming streets below.

Second level

At the end of the living room, a stylish spiral staircase leads to the second level, where two of the three bedrooms are situated.
