It is in the heart of the art and antique district of Paris, in Saint-Germain des Prés. Just across the river is the famous and ornate Tuileries Gardens, presided over by the Louvre museum. In the area there is plenty of boutique shopping, as well as stores selling local produce. There is also a good selection of charming bars and cafes in the surrounding streets.

This luxury holiday apartment is bright and spacious, with wooden parquet flooring throughout. It has a large open-plan comfortable living room fitted with luxurious sofas and furnishings, as well as a flat screen TV with cable. The room also has tall windows overlooking the Musée d’Orsay, giving the room plenty of natural light. As well as this room, there is a further cosy office space with a desk, computer and sofa. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances including a dishwasher, oven and coffee machine. Kitchen & dining: Spacious open-plan area that compromises of a modern well-equipped kitchen tucked away, yet overlooking the dining space thanks to a large countertop. At the centre of this room there is a glass dining table that seats up to six guests and has large windows.

Bedroom 1: it offers a king size bed (convertible into twins upon request), a wardrobe and an ensuite with large shower and a wc.

Master Bedroom: it offers a king size bed (convertible into twins upon request), a wardrobe and an ensuite with a bathtub large shower with an enclosed American shower. The wc of the master bedroom is separated.
