The Louis David Penthouse luxury apartment rental is located on the 8th and 9th floor of the building and has lift access, however it is internally connected with stairs. Please note that A/C units are located only in the office and in the master bedroom.

Lower floor

The entrance opens on the Lower floor where the living areas and four bedrooms are located.

Kitchen: it is meticulously designed and is spacious and bright, thanks to the large bay window overlooking the Eiffel Tower.

Sitting Room: the ample salon boasts a sitting room with two sumptuous sofas, two poufs and a coffee table elegantly arranged facing the stunning fireplace. The room also features a wooden library, an office desk and a bar, perfect for drinks during the colder months. This room  also has access to the 15mq balcony through the large floor-to-ceiling window with sliding doors.

Dining room: the fantastic dining room offers a large oval table and designer chairs that sit up to 8 people that will enjoy views of the stunning Eiffel Tower through the expansive windows.
