This fully-airconditioned luxury penthouse in the heart of Paris spreads across three floors and is connected internally via stairs and lift. Each bedroom is equipped with A/C, Frédéric Malle products, Bluetooth speaker, Apple TV, on-demand movies, and safety deposit box.

Ground floor

Upon entrance, you’ll find the lobby hall and a few steps that lead  into the bright and airy living room.

Bedroom 5 (17mq): It is located in front of the elevator. This large bedroom offers a king size bed,  a wardrobe, an armchair with a coffee table along with a black marbled ensuite with walk-in shower and a wc.

Bedroom 4 (16mq): This spacious bedroom is located at the end of the long corridor. It features a king size bed, a wardrobe, an armchair and a very spacious white-marbled ensuite with a bathtub, a walk-in shower and a wc.

Mezzanine:

Fitness Suite (16mq): In the corridor, on the ground-floor on the left-side upon entrance, there is modern fitness suite with Technogym equipment (treadmill, exercise bike..)

First Floor

Living and Dining area (55mq): The lift opens onto the spacious open living and dining room.

In front of the lift, we see a large dining table that can sit up to 10 people. The dining area also has direct access to the spacious terrace.

On the right corner, there is a professional piano and a sitting area that comprises of two grey sumptuous sofas, two armchairs arranged around a coffee table.

Kitchen (18.5mq): It is separated from the living area and boasts a floating counter that can also be used for breakfast and has 4 chairs. The kitchen has a contemporary feeling and is well-equipped with all the most modern amenities. The kitchen has two window-doors that give direct access to the large terrace shared with the dining area.

Terrace (18mq): Accessible from both dining room and kitchen areas, this spacious terrace features a round dinning table that seats up to six guests.

Second floor:

Bedroom 2 (18.6mq): as we climb up the stairs, on the left we find the spacious Bedroom 2 that boasts a king size bed, an armchair and a desk. Its stunning marbled ensuite (7,7mq) offers a shower and a wc. Its ensuite also has direct access to the long balcony shared with the Master Bedroom.

Master bedroom (16.4mq): This lovely Master bedroom offers a a king size bed, along with a private sitting area and has access to the expansive balcony shared with Bedroom 2. Its large marble ensuite boasts a double sink, a fantastic shower and a bathtub.

Bedroom 3 (15.8): It offers a queen sized bed convertible into twins upon request and an ensuite with shower.

Rooftop:

The rooftop is either reachable by stairs or lift and it opens up onto the outdoor dining area, with a large dining table that seats up to 10 people. On the left side of the rooftop there is a well-equipped outdoor Summer kitchen and an outdoor sitting room with two sofas and a coffee table. Both dining and sitting areas on the large rooftop are covered.

On the left side of the terrace, there are two sun loungers and three outdoor chairs and coffee table.

Lower Floor:

The lift opens onto the reception of the wellness area. On the right we find a relaxing sitting room and opposite the lift there is a hammam and on the left, we find the stunning indoor swimming pool.

Hammam (6.4m): it boasts an emotional and steam shower and is available for the guests’ relax.

Swimming Pool (34.8mq): it is heated and with counter current which can have the depth adjusted to suit the needs of guests. It can also be covered to become home cinema, dance floor, or a space for pilates/yoga.
