The entrance opens up in the corridor and on the left side we find the spacious open-plan living and dining room. This apartment is meticulously decorated with an elegant mix of contemporary furnishings.

Open-plan living/dining room: This spacious room features a sitting area with two gorgeous sofas and two comfortable armchairs. On the right side of the sitting area we find a bookshelf with a smart tv. The generous sized dining table is just at the back of the sitting area and comfortably sits up to 8 guests.

The semi-open kitchen is tucked away and fully accessible from the living room. It has glossy anthracite colour that gives the kitchen a futuristic feeling and is fully equipped with the most modern appliances.

The 3 bedrooms are situated on the right side of the entrance corridor. The first bathroom is located on the left side, the second bathroom is located at the opposite of the entrance.
