The open plan living area of this luxury villa holiday rental in Cote d’Azur is designed with practical elegance in mind as we find a cosy sitting room with a statement fireplace and a sumptuous U-shaped sofa to gather around during colder nights and the lovely dining room that seamlessly extends to the outdoor terrace, creating the perfect setting for alfresco dinners and cocktails. Villa Oxygen benefits from the most modern appliances and an underfloor cooling system throughout the property.

Upper floor

The entrance opens up onto the large living area with high and beamed ceilings. On the right, the staircase leads downstairs to the three double ensuite bedrooms and tucked behind a large shelves there is the sitting area.

Sitting room: it is seamlessly connecting the the dining area via a large opening in the wall and compromises of the impressive U-shaped sofa that sits 10 people facing a smart TV and the minimalistic hanging fireplace.

Kitchen: on the right of the entrance, the kitchen features a sleek an minimalistic style, while featuring high-spec amenities, a wine fridge and a working counter with a hob. The large dining table sits up to 10 guests and has direct access to a balcony through large rectangular glass doors. This side of balcony features an outdoor sitting area with a sofa that sits 3 people and 2 armchairs.

Master suite: It features a king-size bed, (convertible into twins) a day-bed and a desk. It also has access to a long balcony overlooking the sea. Its ensuite offers a walk-in shower and a bathtub and leads to an outdoor private courtyard with outdoor seating.

Lower Floor

The bedrooms on the lower floor all overlook the sea and have access to the swimming pool deck and garden through a large glass sliding door each.

Bedroom 2: it features a day bed, a king size bed and a desk. Its ensuite features a walk-in shower.

Fitness room: it is fitted with Technogym equipment that include a treadmill, an exercise bike and a bench with weights. This spacious room also features a Smart TV and has direct access to the swimming pool deck via a large glass sliding door.
