This estate consists of two buildings: the main and the guest house by the pool.

Main Villa

The main villa spreads on two floors, internally connected with stairs.

Living room (120 m²): it also boasts a bar, a separate TV room and an open-plan kitchen that includes a storeroom and a separate laundry room. The dining room is directly connected to the kitchen and the table sits up to 12 guests and has direct access to the swimming pool deck through expansive sliding glass doors.

Master Bedroom (45 m²): This bright and airy bedroom offers  garden view and has an independent bathroom with shower, a dressing room and separate toilet.

Bedroom 2 (25 m²): This bright and airy bedroom offers  views on the pool and has an independent bathroom with a bath tub, a dressing room and separate toilet.

First floor
Bedroom 3 (40m²): With pool view  independent bathroom with bath, dressing room, separate toilet , balcony and terrace.

Bedroom 4 (40m²): With pool view  independent bathroom with bath, dressing room, separate toilet , balcony and terrace

Guest House

The guest house (55 m²) is situated a few steps away from the main building and spreads on two floors, internally connected with stairs.

Ground floor:

Kitchen & Living Area: there is a spacious open-space kitchen with a working counter and a foosball table. It also has direct access to the shaded outdoor dining area that overlooks the pool.

Bedroom 5 (55 m²): this suite has a living room, king size bed,  an independent bathroom with bath, a separate toilet, dressing area. It has access to the terrace on the pool.

First floor:
Bedroom 6 (55 m²): this suite features a king size bed,  an independent bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and dressing area. It overlooks the pool.

Outdoor highlights

Swimming area: the semi-open courtyard includes a spacious swimming pool (13m x 6m) that can be heated upon request, surrounded by sun loungers and two distinct sitting areas with, respectively comfortable sofas and coffee tables and overlook  the surrounding vegetable gardens.

Immersed in the gardens there is also an ornamental pond with a cascading waterfall and koi carps.
