Villa des Artistes is an exquisite rental property nestled in the heart of Provence and overlooks the Mediterranean Sea. It comprises of three luxury villas in a quiet park-like setting, on the Côte d’Azur and is situated just a 6-minute drive from Antibes. The 1.5-hectare hilltop location offers privacy and wonderful sea views, as well as the views of the Alps in the other direction. The bay of Cannes is within an easy drive with its high-end shops and restaurants, beaches and the famous La Croisette.

The three luxury villas to rent on the Côte d’Azur are named after three iconic actresses and each boasts its own swimming pool and a lift, but they are connected internally by a spacious communal area at basement level.

The main villa of the Villa des Artistes residential complex features authentic neo-Provençal décor and modern amenities. While the other two villas are more contemporary in style but guarantee the same level of comfort and privacy.

In the basement there are a hammam, a massage room, cinema, a large games room with a bar, French/American convertible billiards, table football, a TV.  There is also a fitness room as well as a garage that can hold up to 10 cars.

There are large landscape gardens and terraces, which includes a large, shared terrace, with a fountain, seating and a summer kitchen with a bar and a barbecue for fantastic gatherings. Each villa of this secluded luxury estate on the Côte d’Azur has a large beautifully furnished living space, offering both luxury and comfort, as well as a professional kitchen. All of the bedrooms have private ensuite bathrooms.

Villa Grace

This is the main residence which spans on two floors and is connected via lift.

Ground floor

The entrance opens on the large open space living area (70m2) facing the sea that comprises of a spacious professional kitchen that overlooks the dining table that sits up to 8 people. There is a glass barrier between the kitchen and the dining table that makes this area semi-open. On the left of the dinner table, there also is a sitting room area with an L-shaped sofa and a coffee table. The lift opens up here and there are two large floor-to-ceiling windows that also give access to the terrace and the swimming pool area.

TV area: tucked away yet directly accessible from the first sitting room, there is the tv area with two sumptuous sofas that sit 3 people each and two poufs arranged around three contemporary coffee tables and face a smart TV. It also has access to the front patio via large glass sliding doors.

First floor

Royal Suite: this incredible bedroom offers a king-size bed, a day bed, dressing room, en-suite bathroom with a double sink, a separate walk-in shower and a large bathtub accessible via three steps. This room offers incredible sea views  and a private roof terrace with its small private pool.

Basement

The areas in the basement are decorated at the same standards of the areas at the upper levels. Here we find a large communal area that connects all the three villas.

Games room: Upon entrance there is an American-French foosball in the games room there is a large wet-bar with counter and stools overlooking a foosball table. On the left side, there is a tv area with poufs, two designer chairs and a sofa that sits two people.

Cinema: there is a well-fitted cinema with a large screen.

Fitness suite: the gym offers Technogym equipment: rowing machines, treadmills, electric bike and a gym ball.

Spa: the spa offers a massage room and a hammam.

There are also two laundry rooms at basement level.

Outdoor highlights

Summer terrace: it is directly accessible from the ground floor. On the left side we have a shaded dinner table that can sit up to 8 people, while on the left (opposite the TV room), there is a large outdoor seating space with two sofas: one that seats up to 6 people facing another one that sits up to 3 people as well as an armchair.

Swimming pool: the largest swimming pool of the estate is at Villa Grace. It is accessible from the terrace via three steps.

Beyond the pool, there is a large well-kept garden.

Courtyard: just at the back of Villa Grace, there is a spacious open-courtyard that connects all the villas and is perfect for large communal dinners. Here, there are two distinct sitting areas and a large rectangular dining table.  The entire area is shaded.

There is also a fountain, a summer kitchen with bar, barbecue and plancha.

Villa Brigitte

The entrance opens up onto a large living space. Facing south, there are two distinct sitting areas. One has a L-shaped sofa that sits up to 4 people, and another one that has a sofa that sits up to 4 people. The living area offers breath-taking views of the sea.

Tucked behind the sitting areas, there is a rectangular dinner table that sits up to 8 people. The kitchen is well-equipped with high spec amenities.

Sleeping area

Master Bedroom: there is a double bed (twins on request) and en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a sitting area with two armchairs. There is direct access to a back patio with a small sitting area (2 armchairs) and a coffee table.

Outdoor highlights

There is a large swimming pool in facing the sea and an outdoor sitting area with an L-shaped sofa.  Villa Grace and its swimming pool can be access from the other end of the garden.

Villa Romy

Villa Romy is on the right side of the estate and can be accessed via a secluded path that start to the communal courtyard and leads to its internal front-gate. It spans on one floor and has its own swimming pool.

The large open-living space overlooks the sea and features a well-equipped kitchen, a dining table that sits up to 8 people and a spacious sitting area that comprises of two large L-shaped sofas and two coffee tables that face the sea and gives direct access to the swimming pool deck.

Bedroom 1:  there is double bed (twins on request) and en-suite bathroom with a shower
