The interiors have been immaculately furnished, combining original features with fresh, contemporary furnishings. There is a jacuzzi on the top terrace that overlooks the sea and 13-metre-long heated swimming pool for guests to enjoy as well as the turquoise waters of Arena Beach which is accessible by private footpath.

Main house

The main house spreads over two floors and is internally connected via stairs.

Ground floor

Living Room: The entrance hall leads to the bright sitting area via two steps. The sitting area  comprises of a sumptuous sofa and 2 smaller sofas, all facing the floor-to-ceiling windows that lead to the terrace and boast dramatic views of the sea.

Entertainment room: On the right side of the entrance hall we find this room, perfect for cosy nights playing chess games, the piano or simply reading a book. This room also has direct access to the terrace and boasts stunning views of the sea.

Dining area: on the right of the living room, we find a distinct dining room and  boasts a buffet large rectangular dining table and sits up to 10 guests.

Kitchen: it is directly adjoining the dining area and is sleek and boasts modern amenities. The kitchen is airy and bright thanks to the large floor-to-ceiling window facing the sea and gives access to the terrace. The kitchen boasts a wine cellar and a counter that can comfortably also seat 3 people.

Ground Floor Bedroom – 21sqm (226sqft ): this spacious room is located immediately  on the right side in the entrance hall. was designed with children in mind. There are two twin beds that can be joined upon request making it a king size and an extra single bed. The ensuite a sink and  a walk in shower while the WC is not within the room, but guests will be using the guest toilette of the ground floor. This lovely room has views on the garden.

Home Cinema: it features plenty of seating, that includes comfortable armchairs and stools facing a large screen.

First floor 

The main area of the first floor is accessible via a stunning spiral staircase starting on the right side of the entrance hall. On the right side of the long corridor there are 4 bedrooms.

Right end of the long corridor:

Bedroom 1 – 15sqm: this room overlooks the sea and has a queen-size (convertible into single beds), an office desk and ensuite with shower, sink and WC and ensuite with shower, sink but the WC is shared with Bedroom 2. Its wardrobe is just outside the bedroom, in the corridor.

Bedroom 2 – 17sqm: this room overlooks the back garden and has a queen-size bed 160cm (convertible into single beds 80cm each), a wardrobe and is equipped with kids books, a children desk  and ensuite with shower, sink and WC shared with Bedroom 1.

Bedroom 1 + 2 are the perfect combination for either a small family or a nanny and children.

Bedroom 3 – 17sqm: it boasts a  queen-size bed 160cm and an office desk. This bedroom has a French-door overlooking the sea. Its ensuite offers a walk-in shower, a WC and a sink.

Bedroom 4 – 28sqm: The room has stunning views the sea and two French-windows and offers a king size bed (convertible into twins), a wardrobe, a sitting area with two armchairs, an office desk and a smart TV. The ample ensuite offers a walk in shower, sink and WC.

Right end of the long corridor:

Bedroom 5 – 19sqm: The room has stunning views the sea and one large French-window and offers a king size bed (160cm) convertible into twins x 80cm each, a closet,  a pouf and a full-lenght mirror, and an office desk. Its ensuite offers a walk in shower, sink and WC.

Bedroom 6 – 10sqm (+ sdb 7sqm) (183sqft ): Right opposite Bedroom 6, this room has garden view and offers a wardrobe, a single bed and can fit up to two cots. Its ensuite is also accessible from the corridor and  offers a double sink, a bathtub and a wc.

Bedroom 7 – 13sqm: The room has stunning views the sea and one large French-window and offers a king size bed (160cm) convertible into twins x 80cm each and an office desk. It has a separate bathroom that offers a walk in shower, a sink and WC.

At the end of the corridor, there is another living area, which is also accessible via another staircase that directly leads into the kitchen below.

Second Living room/Salon Dortoir: from the kitchen, there a staircase will lead to another living room on the first floor. This room has access to the back patio via a French-window door and boasts two massive L-Shaped sofas facing the sea. This area also has a guest bathroom with a WC and a walk-in shower. This are is perfect for children and teenagers who want some privacy as it is secluded from the rest of the house.

Second Floor

The second floor is accessible via the main central spiral staircase.

Master suite – 90sqm (645sqft) – as we come up the stairs, we find the master bedroom that offers dramatic views of the sea through two large floor-to-ceiling French windows, a king-size bed and a sitting area with two armchairs facing the sea through a massive window and a Smart TV. Its large private bathroom boasts a huge walking shower with two shower heads, a floating bathtub facing the sea and two separate sinks. This incredible bedroom has double access from the corridor and boasts two distinct terraces, both overlooking the sea.

Office space: the ample office space features a large rectangular table that comfortably sits two people, a large sofa that sits 3 people to relax in between calls, a printer and a library.

The jacuzzi is on the terrace on the top floor and faces the sea while offering scenic views of the surrounding mountains at the back.

Bedroom 8 – 16sqm – it is located on the ground floor and features a king-size bed convertible into twins (80cm each) and an ensuite with walk-in shower and has direct access to the terrace (NO AIR-CONDITIONING IN THIS BEDROOM)

First floor of the Guest House

Suite 10 – 30sqm – this studio is situated on the first floor of the guest house and features a kitchenette, a king-size bed (180×200) convertible into 2 twins (90cm each) and has access to a large terrace with stunning sea view. Its ensuite features a walk-in shower and has direct access to a large terrace with sea view. Please note that this suite is only available at certain periods for an extra fee and there is NO AIR-CONDITIONING in this room.

Outdoor highlights

The ample terrace overlooks the sea and has a dining area, with a large dining table that is accessible from the indoors dining room and an outside lounge with an L-shaped sofa that is accessible from the entertainment room. Both areas can be covered.

Jacuzzi terrace: there are a Jacuzzi and sunloungers on the terrace on top of the house and is at full disposal of the guests.

Swimming Area: the swimming pool deck is secluded and can be reached via steps  from the rest of the house and features a stunning pool (13m) that offers incredible views of the sea and sunloungers and lush trees.
