This luxury villa rental in St. Tropez spreads over two levels and is connected via stairs. The ground floor, can be split into distinct wings, right and left.

Ground Floor

Opposite the entrance hall, there is access to the large patio that offers a large seating area with outdoor sofas and armchairs.

Left wing

Upon entrance to the left wing, we access directly the living room via three steps down.

Living room: this bright and airy room offers two large sofas that sit at least 4 people each, two designer chair and a large poufs that sit up to 3 people, all arranged around two stylish coffee tables and facing the Smart TV. It offers an incredible sea view and has direct access to the garden via large glass sliding doors.

Dining Room: it is directly accessible from the living room through an opening. This semi-open space features an oval dining table with upholstered chairs overlooking the sea and directly connected to the outdoor dining patio through a large arched window-door.

Kitchen: the distinct separated kitchen is directly accessible from the living room and boas a contemporary design with high spec amenities. It also overlooks the sea and the gardens.

The sleeping area of the ground floor is directly accessible from the opening opposite its entrance and here, a flight of stairs also leads to the first floor.

Bedroom 3: second door on the left side, this large bedroom features a double bed and en-suite bathroom with direct access to the garden and an incredible sea view.

Bedroom 4 : first  door on the left side, this large bedroom features a double bed and en-suite bathroom with direct access to the garden and an incredible sea view.

Bedroom 5: first  door on the right side, this large bedroom features a double bed and en-suite bathroom with direct access to the intimate patio.

Bedroom 6: second  door on the right side, this bright bedroom features a double bed and en-suite bathroom with direct access to the intimate patio.

First Floor

A flight of elegant marble stairs leads to the landing of the first floor. On the right, there is Bedroom 2 and on the left, there is the Master Bedroom.

Master Bedroom: this incredible bedroom features a king-size bed, a spacious sitting area with sofas and chairs and two ensuite bathrooms and has direct access to the largest terrace of the villa and has breath-taking views of the sea. The terrace is also accessible from the garden via a flight of stairs.

Bedroom 2:  This lovely bedroom boasts a double bed and en-suite bathroom. It has access to a private balcony that overlooks the back of the house.

Right wing

By accessing the patio via three steps, there are the remaining two bedrooms and the guest studio, that all have a view on the splendid patio.

Bedroom 7: double bed, en-suite bathroom and patio access

Guest studio: it also has separate access through the patio and offers a double bed, a sitting area with a Smart TV and a kitchenette with a counter and two tall stools.

Patio: surrounded by oleander flowers this private shaded patio features outdoor furnishings that consist into a large canvas U-shape sofa that accommodates 10 people, two large poufs and a comfortable armchair.

Fitness Studio: the studio has direct access to the garden through a large glass sliding door. It offers a treadmill, an exercise bike and a bench. It also feature a mini fridge and a smart tv.

Outdoor highlights

The swimming pool area, and the perfectly manicured garden are directly accessible from multiple rooms of the right wing of the villa. As soon as we leave the living room, we find an outdoor covered lounge area with an outdoor sofa.

Dining in the garden: on the right, and opposite the indoor dining room, there is a shaded patio area that features an outdoor dining table and chairs that sits 12 people.

Lounge area: On the edge of the garden, closer to the lush vegetation and overlooking the pool, there is another outdoor sitting area that offers outdoor armchairs and three sofas that can sit up to 12 people.

Swimming pool (20m): immersed into the incredible landscaped gardens and accessible via two steps down, the infinity swimming pool faces the sea. It is also lined by sun loungers.

Dining by the pool: on its left, there is another large dining area that can sit up to 16 people and can be shaded.
