This luxury rental villa spread on four levels and is truly in one of the best parts of the Riviera, it has private sea access and breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the calanques and dedicated butlers tend to every need, as well as exclusive access to the renowned Les Roches Blanches five-star hotel’s top tier amenities such as access to four superb restaurants and the Sisley spa.

Some of the incredible highlights include: two swimming pools at different levels, kayaks and paddles at the disposal of guests, plenty of terraces with lots of seating options and of course, incredible views of the French coastal landscape and the Mediterranean Sea.

This secluded villa compromises of four levels connected via stairs and has multiple balconies and terraces with plenty of outdoor seating areas with stunning views of the sea. The bedrooms are fully airconditioned, have a desk and chair each and have their own ensuite bathroom with a shower and bath each.

First floor:

Living Room: It boasts a large sumptuous contemporary sofa and a coffee table. This airy and spacious room has direct access to the main terrace via sliding doors and pool deck like most of the rooms of this villa, the views of the sea are breath-taking.

Kitchen & Dining Area: It has sleek and modern touches, is well equipped boasting modern appliances. It also has a counter and tall stools, that can either be enjoyed to have quick bites or be transformed into a stylish wet bar by night. On the right side of this ample area, there is also a dedicated dining space with round table and comfortable upholstered chairs that seamlessly connects to the living room.

The dining area also directly connects to the Fitness suite, which is at the end of the corridor on the same level.

Fitness Suite (18m2): boasting modern equipment and a treadmill, there is also a separate shower accessible in the corridor leading to the gym room and the hammam.

Second Floor:

Bedroom 1 (Master Bedroom 1 – 29m2): It offers a King bed  (183 x 188), which can also be converted into twins. This room also has a desk and  private access to a massage room via its ensuite and a long private balcony that overlooks the sea.

Massage Room: the massage room has one massage bed and is accessible only from the Master. There is a terrace with two outdoor armchairs.

Bedroom 2 (20m2): it offers a King bed  (183 x 188) and wonderful views from its private balcony.

Third Floor:

On the third floor there is a modern large second living area boasting a living room with L-shaped sofa with access to a large balcony with outdoor seating and even a second large modern well-equipped kitchen boasting a large countertop with stools.

Bedroom 3 (16,5m2): It offers a King bed  (183 x 188), which can also be converted into twins, an ensuite with a double sink.

Fourth Floor:

Bedroom 4 (Master Bedroom 2 – 23m2) –It offers a King bed  (183 x 188), a desk and chair and has its own private large terrace with outdoor furniture that sits up to two people and two sun loungers. Its ensuite also boasts a double sink for maximum comfort for the guests.

Outdoor highlights

Main Terrace: As soon as you step outside, you’ll be welcomed by incredible views. There also is a dining table, perfect for al fresco dinners with views of the rocky coast and the sea. On the right, there is the first swimming pool (2,8mx6,9m), which can be heated upon request.

Circle Seating Area: a few steps across the main terrace, ascending by a couple of steps, there is a special sofa area, which is perfect for star gazing or late-night chats. This area can also be used during day-time and can be shaded.

Swimming Pool 2 (2,97 x 6,48m

): by descending again, you will encounter the second swimming pool, which is the perfect compromise between privacy as it’s further down from the main building, and the sea as it offers an unspoiled view of the horizon. This area has also plenty of lounges and umbrellas for maximum relaxation.

If you fancy a dip in the sea or even doing some kayak, you can descend again and find a very little bay you can use.
