There are also a further double bedroom and one twin bedroom, each with e detached separated bathroom, one with bath with shower fixture and one with a walk-in shower.

The entrance of this newly renovated apartment holiday rental in the Cote d’Azur is on the ground floor and has its own separate access from the road. The apartment also benefits from a private furnished 15m2 terrace offering stunning south-facing views over the bay, as well as a stunning swimming pool overlooking the sea that is shared with other apartments of the building. There is also a designated private parking spot for one car at the disposal of guests.

This luxury apartment rental on the French Riviera has its own separate access on the ground floor and spreads on one floor only. Each bedroom has its own separated bathroom (in the hallway).

The entrance opens up onto the open space living area.

Kitchen: the semi-separated sleek kitchen has all the most modern amenities and overlooks on the living area and has a countertop.

The dining table sits up to 8 people and seamlessly connect the kitchen to the sitting area.

Living room: the sofa seats 3 people and faces a smart tv. On the right side, there is direct access via large floor-to-ceiling windows to the 15m2 private terrace that overlooks the sea. There are a dining table that seats up to 8 people on the right side, while on the left side we find the outdoor wicker seating area that sits up to 4 people.

Sleeping area:

On the same level, in its own private wing, there is the Master Bedroom.

Master bedroom: it features a queen size bed, a large wardrobe and a Smart TV has its own separated bathroom with a bath with shower fixture and a wc. It shares the same stunning sea view of the living room as well it has direct access to the same furnished long balcony.

Bedroom 2: it features a queen size bed and has its own separated bathroom with a bath with shower fixture and a wc. It overlooks the street.

Bedroom 3: This bedroom features a single trundle bed that can either be converted into twin beds or a double queen bed upon request. This room is ideal for children and has two windows overlooking the surrounding vegetation. Its  marbled private bathroom offers a walk-in shower, a washing machine and a wc.

Outdoor highlights

The shared swimming pool is at full disposal of the guests and is situated a ground floor level. The pool is lined with sun loungers and sits in a designated patio with palm and exotic plants that overlooks the stunning bay and has breath-taking views.

The old town with its narrow cobblestone streets offers plenty to explore on foot, including the ancient Romanesque St Pierre chapel, entirely restored and decorated by artist, writer and film maker, Jean Cocteau and the lovely Cannes is just within an hour drive away.
