Refurbished in 2022, Chateaux Île Sainte-Marguerite is the 13th-century luxury villa rental in a private walled estate and the sole private property on the island of Sainte Marguerite. This luxury villa rental on the Cote d’Azur is a rare hidden gem and is rooted in the region’s colourful history that boasts authentic French Riviera designs, as well as being one of the most exclusive properties in the South of France. It’s all watched over by an old fortress and offers complete privacy from the outside world, with dazzling views in the evenings of Cannes sparkling lights. The 14,000m2 botanic garden offers sweet-smelling citrus trees, tranquil and trickling natural water pools, that overlook an idyllic pool dotted with water lilies that can be enjoyed in the Mediterranean heat, alternatively savour a moment in wine cellar, or library on vacation.

Chateaux Île Sainte-Marguerite features sustainable yet elegant materials, including rock flooring, white and grey marble, as well as neutral beige and teak wood floors. Its clean-lined architecture reflects the iconic French Riviera glamour. This private estate on Sainte Marguerite also offers a Hammam and Sauna with spa therapists as it is been designed to promote the wellbeing of the guests staying here: from the elegant and airy rooms to the hot stone walkways that lead to the fitness centre while enjoying their holiday along the Cote D’Azur.

• All Meals: Daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner included. Lunch and dinner consist of a starter, main course, and dessert. Menus are tailored to guest preferences (premium/specialty items may incur additional charges).
• Snacks & Beverages: Daily snacks, homemade sorbet, ice cream, freshly baked cakes, water, soft drinks, coffee/tea, and fresh juices (some specific brands may carry a surcharge).

• Transfers: One return car transfer from the nearest airport per group, followed by a boat transfer to the island.

The staffing is included for the number of guests mentioned on the contract and for one daily breakfast service, one daily 3 courses lunch service, one daily 3 courses dinner service.

This unique luxury villa on Sainte-Marguerite island is situated only one-minute walk away from a nice rocky beach that also offers the under-water eco-museum with plenty of sculptures from Jason deCaires Taylor or 10 minutes from the lovely Beach des Pierres Hautes.  The renowned French restaurant La Guérite is under 15 minutes walk, while major shops and bars are located in Cannes. Cannes is just a 10 minutes boat ride from Sainte-Marguerite island.

€175,000 - €220,000 per week

For any additional services (for example but not limited to: breakfast served at multiple times); outside guests (for example teachers lunch, external guests, dinner parties); extended menus (for example multi course or gala dinners); they reserve the right to invoice and source additional staffing member and / or additional work hours. This will be clearly communicated during the stay planning by Local reservation team or on-site house manager.
