This is especially evident in the old town, with its medieval squares, churches, historic houses, and as the reputed birthplace of the explorer Marco Polo. Korčula also boasts excellent restaurants and, together with the Pelješac Peninsula, is considered one of the best wine regions in Croatia.

This luxury villa for rent on Korčula is a brand-new designer property located on the southern coast of the island, offering stunning sea views and direct access to the water. The interiors are spacious and airy, featuring high ceilings and a large open-plan living space spread across two floors. The upper level includes a living area that opens onto a terrace, while the lower level features an open-plan, fully equipped Miele kitchen, along with a dining and living area that leads out to a generous 200m² terrace and a heated infinity swimming pool.

The villa has six bedrooms with king-size beds, all with en-suite bathrooms and access to spacious balconies or terraces – each with breathtaking sea views. It also features a Sonos sound system, full air conditioning, and underfloor heating for winter comfort.

The main terrace is furnished for sunbathing and al fresco dining, complete with a barbecue. Adjacent to the main house is a fully equipped gym with a shower. Tennis courts are nearby, and the area offers scenic hiking and cycling trails. For sea activities, paddles and snorkels are provided, and a scuba diving center is located nearby. Guests can also book a jet ski or a boat with a skipper, and daily excursions can be arranged to the islands of Lastovo, Mljet, Vis, and Hvar.
