Full Description

For a wider choice, including discos or beach parties, the larger centres of Vela Lula or Korcula, are about 20 – 30 km away. The coastline directly in front of the villa is rocky, but there are sandy beaches locally. On the island, you can find diving centres, sailing and windsurfing schools. Renting a boat allows guests to explore the stunning coastline, go for a picnic in the small coves or a visit to the neighbouring islands of Lastovo, Vis et Mljet, all of them natural parks. There is private parking at the villa for up to three cars.

Constructed in 2015, around an infinity swimming pool with unobstructed views of the sea, the accommodation is on several levels, descending towards the sea, with the rooms opening via large doors and windows to terraces. Access to the villa is direct from the coastal road to the main entrance on the second floor. Outside stairs lead directly down to the pool, the living area, and the sea, which is accessed by a ladder on the private pier.

The bedrooms are organised as independent suites, with bathroom, separate WC, television, and private outside terrace with a sea-view. Each room has been decorated and furnished with great care to create stylish and comfortable accommodation. Amenities include an interior lift connecting the different levels, air-conditioning, multimedia features, Wi-Fi internet and two fully equipped kitchens. The dining terrace for 12, with a pergola, is situated outside the main kitchen, while outside the living room the sunbathing terrace is furnished with sun loungers. On your way down to the sea, there are three other terraces where you can choose to relax comfortably. The 4 x 10 m swimming-pool is partly shaded and has a long sitting area. Underwater pool lights with slowly changing colors add a magic touch to evenings spent outside. The closest airports to Korcula are Split or Dubrovnik. From the ports here ferries, fast catamarans and seaplanes arrive in the two main ports on the island: Vela Luka or Korčula town, both between a 20 – 30 kms from the villa.
