This luxury villa on the island of Hvar is located just a minute’s walk from the coast, where guests will find a pebble beach and the popular Falko Beach Bar. From its large furnished terraces, guests can enjoy wonderful views over the lush terraced garden and out to the sea. Hvar Town is approximately a 4-minute drive from the property.

The villa features a terrace with an infinity swimming pool (11 x 4 m), an outdoor shower, and a private gym. Additional amenities include an outdoor music system and three private parking spaces.

On the ground floor, the spacious living and dining area is complemented by a bar, a 65” Smart TV, and a Sonos music system. The fully equipped kitchen also includes a wine fridge and an ice maker. One of the five bedrooms is located on this level, while the remaining four – each with a balcony overlooking the sea – are on the first floor. At basement level, there is a laundry room, guest WC, and a wellness area featuring a sauna, fitness room, and massage room.
