The apartment is in a building dating from 1612, during the Baroque period, when Venice exhibited a strong influence throughout the Adriatic. Today the building is preserved as a heritage monument and is protected by Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments. The apartment was fully renovated between 2014 and 2015, in strict accordance with the Institute for the Protection of Cultural Monuments.
