The impressive seafront Villa Sumartin luxury villa to rent on Brac is just 5 minutes drive from the nearest fishing village, where you will find a bakery, supermarket, three restaurants and a number of cafes/bars. The larger village of Selca is also five minutes away, which has beautiful architecture, as well as offering small shops, cafes and restaurants. Being right on the Adriatic Sea the villa lends itself to many activities such as water skiing, scuba diving, fishing and sailing, all of which can be arranged by the villa managers who are available for up to eight hours per day. The villa has two brand new kayaks and two new bikes as well as a table tennis table. A half hour car ferry ride away will take you to the town of Makarska, where you will find wonderful architecture as well as fine restaurants. The villa is also next door to our new villa, Villa Sumartin 2, so the two villas can be rented together for groups of up to 20 – 22 people. We also have another beautiful villa just five villas away in the same bay, Villa Bliss, so the three villas could be ideal for even larger groups of family and friends.

With 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, this luxury villa rental on Brac Island sleeps up to 14 people plus baby cot. It has been refurbished to a very high standard complete with large French doors, stone floors, antique fire place, Juliette balconies, stone bathrooms with Phillipe Starck fittings and new kitchens. The entrance to the villa is on the middle level where there is an entertainment room with satellite TV, DVD, and many games, including table tennis. There are three terraces on this level, as well as three bedrooms and bathrooms. The top floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as a full kitchenette, and a sitting area with plasma TV/DVD/Satellite and two terraces. CD players and iPod docks are available throughout the villa. On the ground floor, there is the main kitchen and dining room (full cooking can be arranged by the villa managers), as well as a sitting room with antique stone fireplace. The whole ground floor has bi-fold doors that are pushed back giving the villa an indoor/outdoor feel. On this floor, there is also one large bedroom suite with queen sized bed, bathroom and sitting area, which has a comfortable day bed and French doors leading to the terraces. All three levels are reached by an architectural internal staircase.

The holiday villa to rent on Brac Island, Croatia, also offers spacious outdoor terraces for relaxing and alfresco dining. From this level, there is a lockable gate, then 5 steps down to another set of terraces, one of which has a Jacuzzi, and another with a hammock. There are also a number of sun loungers. From here you can walk down steps to the crystal clear water of the Adriatic Sea, where there is also a buoy available to tie up a boat. The villa has a brand new resident boat available for day trips complete with skipper (charged on a daily rate), which can be arranged by the staff at the villa. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden with pines, palms, bougainvillea, rosemary and geraniums. There is also an organic vegetable garden which guests can use. Upon arrival at Split airport, we recommend you hire a car and drive to the ferry terminal in Split town, this is an easy trip and well sign posted. From Split it is a 40 minute modern car ferry ride to Brac Island, and once on the island it is approximately a 30 minute drive to the villa.
