The larger village of Selca is also five minutes away, which has beautiful architecture, as well as offering small shops, cafes and restaurant. The villa is also just five villas away from our two other beautiful villas here, Villa Sumartin, and Villa Sumartin 2, so two or three of the villas can be rented together – the perfect option for large groups of family and friends. The holiday villa rental on Brac island is constructed from historic local stone, and built over three levels. Each of the five bedrooms has a hand crafted bed and en-suite bathroom with Italian fittings. There are sea views from every bedroom.The accommodation also includes a Media Room with 2 metre satellite TV, football table, infrared sauna, Jacuzzi with private outdoor shower and a full private gym. The two kitchens are equipped with Miele appliances and a cook is available on request. Further amenities at the villa include air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a safe.

The infinity edge outdoor pool overlooks the Adriatic, and there is direct access to the sea where the owner’s resident boat, and skipper, are available to take guests to many local destinations for sightseeing and meals. Wines from the wine cellar can be bought by guests at cost price. Upon arrival at Split airport, we recommend hiring a car, and drive to the ferry terminal in Split town. This is an easy trip and well sign posted. From Split it is a 40 minute car ferry ride to Brac Island and, once on the island it is approximately a 30 minute drive to the villa. The villa is fully serviced with Housekeeping and Concierge on hand for any assistance and arrangements for guests.

This luxurious villa to rent on the island of Brac, is situated right on the Adriatic coast, with spectacular sea views. There is direct access to the sea from the swimming pool terrace. You will be close to both Sumartin and Selca villages, with food shops, cafes and restaurants. For larger groups, we have another villa to rent nearby.
