This newly built luxury villa for rent on Brac sits right on the waterfront, offering wonderful views over the sea and the traditional fishing village of Sumartin to the front, with the Biokovo mountains as a dramatic backdrop. With a living area of 550 m² on a plot of 820 m², the villa is constructed entirely from the island’s famous white Brac stone. A vast 350 m² terrace features a striking 11 m infinity-edge swimming pool and an outdoor dining area with barbecue.

Inside, the villa showcases premium materials, including high-quality German furniture and a state-of-the-art professional kitchen. Indoor and outdoor lighting has been designed by a renowned lighting designer from Munich, while artworks sourced from around the world enhance the interiors. Expansive glass windows and sliding doors ensure that the breathtaking views can be enjoyed from every room. Additional amenities include a Sonos sound system, a fitness room, a sauna, a billiard table, and a floating dock with boat moorings.

The six individually designed bedrooms each open onto a private terrace and feature a king-size bed (four of which can be converted into twin beds) and an en-suite bathroom. One bathroom, with an enlarged shower area and a bench, is adapted for guests with disabilities. The villa also includes an elevator (ThyssenKrupp) and one specially designed bedroom for disabled access.

Sumartin Bay is close to Sumartin, a small fishing port that offers ferry connections to Makarska on the mainland, as well as a selection of waterfront restaurants and cafés serving fresh seafood.
