These exclusive luxury villa rentals comprises of three luxurious residences: Headland House, Mangrove Villa, and Beach Villa. Together, offering a total of 11 lavish bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 22 people.

Headland House: Sleeps up to six guests, with one master suite and two double bedrooms. Perched majestically on the north-eastern tip of Moskito Island. This luxury villa to rent boasts a sophisticated layout, expansive living spaces on the ground floor, leading to the opulent Great Room on the upper level. Accessible via elevator for utmost convenience. A defining feature of the ground floor is the breath taking wrap-around infinity pool, seamlessly intertwining with the Master Suite. The shared living space on this level has a cosy sitting area with a state-of-the-art television, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a circular bar adjacent to the pool, offering the perfect setting for cocktails.

The Beach Villa: Sleeps up to eight guests, with one master suite and three standalone bedrooms. A haven of coastal elegance. In a coveted sheltered position just above a pristine sandy beach, this cluster of residences offers breath taking views of the sea and the majestic Headland House. The elevated rooms are connected by a wooden walkway. The main house has a fully equipped kitchen fitted with premium amenities, including a full-size fridge, a temperature-controlled wine fridge, and a well-appointed mini-bar. Entertain with flair in the spacious open-plan living area, featuring two breakfast bars and a stylish dining table comfortably seating eight guests. Dine al fresco on the deck overlooking the infinity pool, or savour a meal beneath the morning sun at the adjacent dining table. For a beachfront dining experience, retreat to the shaded area beneath the guest house fondly known as ‘Gecko’. Inside, unwind in the lounge area or watch television. The touchscreen panel allows you to effortlessly set the mood with lighting and activate the outdoor hot tub situated within the heated infinity pool.

Flamingo Nest Master Suite: Perched above the living space at Beach Villa, step onto the expansive deck with a plush day bed, offering serene views of the shimmering pool and lush surroundings. The king-sized bed offers unparalleled comfort, with a large screen TV discreetly nestled within a wooden chest at the foot of the bed, perfect for cosy evenings of relaxation, while the bathtub invites you to unwind and rejuvenate.
For added convenience, the suite features a vanity area complete with dual sinks and a separate shower. Behind the bed lies a charming nursery, for up to two infants, ensuring a restful stay for the whole family.

Guest Houses: Thoughtfully situated on either side of the Beach Villa for two guests. There are three distinct residences, Turtle, Gecko, and Palm, each meticulously designed. Each guest house features an en-suite bathroom, with select rooms boasting outdoor showers. A private balcony is furnished with sun loungers, offering captivating views of the pristine beach and expansive sea beyond. Both Turtle and Gecko can be arranged with twin beds.
Beneath the Gecko guest house, an array of water sports equipment, beach toys, ping pong, and foosball tables, providing endless opportunities for leisure and recreation.

The Great Room: Offering the perfect setting for unforgettable gatherings and celebrations. Fitted with a signature corner bar, a lavish dining table capable of seating over 40 guests, and spacious games areas, inviting you to indulge in moments of leisure and entertainment. A fully-equipped kitchen, with talented chefs elevating your dining experience.

Mangrove Villa: Sleeps up to eight guests with one master suite and three standalone guest houses, with exquisite views of Necker Island and Virgin Gorda. Situated amidst the enchanting mangrove trees, with guest rooms connected to Headland House and the neighbouring Beach Villa wooden walkways. Rich wood interiors adorned with Balinese-style accents and carvings. The ground floor of the main villa features a spacious lounge, a fully-equipped kitchen, two breakfast bars, and a dining table, all seamlessly flowing onto a deck overlooking the infinity-edge pool and hot tub. Fitted with a full-size fridge, separate temperature-controlled wine fridge, and additional drinks fridge. Treetops Master Suite: Located above the living space at Mangrove Villa, offering panoramic views of the sea and neighbouring Necker Island. The king-size bed, the concealed TV discreetly tucked into the footboard, a vanity area complete with dual sinks, shower, bath tub and nursery. The private deck has a double bed swing, where romantic evenings under the stars await.

Guest Houses: Thoughtfully arranged to complement the elegance of Mangrove Villa, found to the left and right. These three additional residences—Lake House, Sunrise, and Sea Breeze—offer exquisite accommodations for two guests each. Each guest house has an en-suite bathroom, with some featuring outdoor showers for an immersive connection with nature. Relax and unwind on plush loungers on the private balconies, offering panoramic views. Both Lake House and Sunrise can be configured with twin beds, ensuring a restful night’s sleep tailored to your preferences.

There are three unique dining pavilions all equipped with individual speakers and fans
The Boat Pavilion: Closest to the waterfront, with a seating capacity of 26 guests.
The Round Pavilion: Between the beachfront and the salt pond with a seating capacity of 20 guests.
The Lychee Pavilion: The most protected pavilion set back from the beach and closest to the Salt Pond, and can seat up to 12 guests.

Explore the vibrant marine life at our pristine beaches, with Manchineel Beach offering a safe and sandy launching point, and the northern side of the island boasting a captivating field of coral pods. Kayaking: Glide across the tranquil waters with our fleet of kayaks available at the water sports pavilion. Suitable for all ages, kayaking offers a serene way to explore the coastline and nearby coves. Safety is paramount, with life jackets provided for all guests regardless of skill level.

EXCURSIONS
Surfing: Embrace the thrill of the waves during the winter months (December – May) in the British Virgin Islands. Head to Josiah’s Bay on Virgin Tortola, where friendly waves await both competent surfers and beginners alike, available as a half day and full day experience.

Bath’s Trip on Virgin Gorda: Embark on a captivating journey combining hiking and snorkelling at the iconic Bath’s National Park on Virgin Gorda. The luxury powerboats whisk guests away to this renowned natural wonder, where colossal granite boulders create a mesmerizing landscape of caves and grottos. Dive into adventure both above and below the water’s surface as you explore these spectacular rock formations.

Water skiing and Wakeboarding: The custom-designed ski boat or one of our sleek 25ft RIBs (weather permitting) take you to Prickly Pear Island, just a brief boat ride from Moskito, offering the perfect backdrop for these exhilarating activities. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned enthusiast, our expert instructors provide high-quality guidance and equipment. Plus, for those seeking an extra challenge, we even offer the opportunity to surf behind the boat with our Skurfer.

Moskito Island is situated in the British Virgin Islands. The closest international airport is on Tortola (Beef Island – airport code EIS) which is a 35-minute flight from San Juan and a 1 hour 20 minute flight from Antigua.

It is possible to fly to the British Virgin Islands via many parts of the Caribbean, with the most popular routes being via San Juan, Antigua and St. Thomas.

Private jets can land at Beef Island and at the airport in St. Thomas (STT). By private launch Moskito Island is
approximately 30 minutes from Tortola and 10 minutes from Virgin Gorda where there is another smaller airport, however flights to this airport are limited and the runway is not paved.

The pristine shores of Moskito Island in the British Virgin Islands, just a stone’s throw away from the iconic Necker Island. Accessible via a scenic 30-minute boat ride from Tortola, the nearest international airport.

By plane from Terrance B. Lettsome Airport
Beef Island is where most of the guests will fly in. This may be by private plane or a commercial flight, into Terrance B. Lettsome Airport. When you arrive at the airport, you will be met by the driver and taken to the dock, which is a two-minute drive away. Here, you will swap over to the speedboat which will bring you directly to Moskito Island in around 30 minutes.

By plane from Cyril E. King Airport
This airport in St Thomas is a little further away in the USVI. As you are not in the BVI you will need to make your way to EIS or VIJ on a commercial charter flight, where you will be met and taken on to Moskito Island.

By helicopter
The Caribbean Buzz helicopter service operates between the BVI, USVI and San Juan during daylight hours only in an H145 twin jet engine helicopter, operated by two pilots, and seats up to eight passengers. Rates are for a one-way trip and handling; airport taxes and fees also apply. If this is booked on your behalf there is a 10% additional administration fee.

Local airlines
Fly BVI, Island Birds and VI Airlink are smaller private aircrafts operating between BVI, USVI, PR and Antigua.
Cape Air, Seaborne, Air Sunshine, Inter Caribbean, and VI Airlink (also private) are commercial airlines.
Win Air is an alternative for guests going through Saint Martin. Tradewind Aviation operate private flights to Virgin Gorda (VIJ) and Tortola (EIS) from Antigua, San Juan, St Thomas & St Croix. Scheduled flights to VIJ from San Juan are seasonally available.

Neighbouring islands
If you are staying on one of the beautiful neighbouring islands, the team can arrange a ride to Trellis Bay, Beef Island where the team will be waiting for a boat journey to Moskito Island. Yachts can also be anchored off the island. Of course, if you want to book your own transport and charter to reach the island this is completely fine.
