Destination: SienanRestaurant: Ave Mario, Covent Gardenn’We visited the cathedral in Siena and it is absolutely breathtaking. You gasp, your jaw drops, and of course the first thing I say is: “Wow! I would love to do a restaurant like this one day!” Well, who wouldn’t? And then one day we visited a site in Covent Garden that is so long and high, and we were like: “This is our cathedral!” So this is where we started with Ave Mario, with the concept of Tuscan duomos — though we don’t take it too seriously’. nApartment recommendation: Piazza del Campo
