In light of recent events, firstly, everyone at the The Luxury Travel Book would like to express our deepest condolences to those affected, fearful, and frustrated by the COVID-19 crisis.
As we all know, these are unprecedented times for not only the travel and tourism industry but communities around the world. Since the outbreak, we have been actively working to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our guests and team, supporting those impacted to the best of our ability, from TLTB members to the property owners and local experience providers.
We are optimistic and look forward to seeing our favourite destinations open to visitors once again, but in the meantime, we, of course, recognise the need for flexibility has rarely been so great.
So, to provide peace of mind, we have introduced a new flexible booking policy which allows our guests to agree to a rescheduling option placed on any booking until further notice.
In an effort to provide additional flexibility to our guests, we are working closely with owners and suppliers—many of whom are now offering more flexible terms with refundable down payments and delayed balance payments.

Please also note as your safety is our top priority and circumstances change daily, we are monitoring our destinations through the resources provided by World Health Organisation and European Centre for Diseases Prevention, as well as updates from governmental travel advisories, and we suggest you do the same.
