These 12 x one, two or three bedroom luxury apartments to rent are in a period property in a quiet street between Bond Street and Regent Street – the perfect location in London’s West End! Mayfair, Piccadilly, Marylebone High Street, Oxford Street, Soho and Park Lane are all within a short walk. Colours are neutral with black and white prints of 1950s and 1960 Soho. Some have decked balconies and two have plant-filled terraces with bamboo furniture. One Bedroom Superior Suites, Floors 2, 3 and 4, 28m2, sleep 2

Living area, furnished with quirky, contemporary design pieces, and with a dining table for two. Modern open-plan kitchen. Double bedroom, facing the rear of the building, and with en-suite bathroom (bath and shower).

One Bedroom Deluxe Suite, Floors 2, 3 and 4, 45m2, sleep a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child

Large front-facing living room with working fireplace, also with space for working and dining. Galley-style kitchen. Guest WC. Rear facing bedroom with king-size bed, opening to a decked balcony. En-suite bathroom (bath and shower).  

Two Bedroom Mezzanine Loft Suite,  Floor 5, 56m2, sleeps a maximum of 4 adults, or 2 adults and 3 children

This spacious suite draws its name from the unique mezzanine master bedroom, accessed via the leather staircase in the living room. This unusual feature gives the downstairs living space a double-height ceiling, with large windows up one wall, with door opening to a decked balcony, with outdoor dining area. Also on the main floor is the kitchen and the second bedroom, also with king-size bed, and with en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. Also to be found on the main floor is the second bedroom, with king-sized bed. The bathroom is also on the main level, and has a bathtub and shower.

Two Bedroom Terrace Suite, Floor 5, 56m2, sleeps a maximum of 4 adults, or 2 adults and 3 children

This suite offers a peaceful seated terrace, which is overlooked by the dining table and workspace inside. The adjoining living room is narrower than the other two-bedroom loft suite, but it benefits hugely from the natural light that floods in from outside. Spacious kitchen. 2 bedrooms, with king-size beds. Main bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Three Bedroom Suite,  Floor 1, 79m2, sleeps a maximum of 6 adults, or 2 adults and 5 children

This suite benefits from two secluded terraces, one off the living area, and the other directly accessed from one of the bedrooms.  The spacious living area also has a large dining table, seating 4. There is also a well equipped kitchen. The two largest bedrooms, each has a king-size bed, and one has an en-suite bathroom (shower only). The third bedroom is slightly smaller, with a double bed – but does have direct access to the second terrace. The second bathroom has a bath and shower.
