Villa Campana luxury villa to rent in Mallorca is beautiful and spacious. It is in a quiet rural location between Pollensa and Alcudia. The northern foothills of the Sierra de Tramuntana are the backdrop of the historic old town of Pollensa, just a few kilometres from the beautiful sandy beach at Puerto Pollensa. The charming old town of Pollensa has been a popular destination for artists since the beginning of this Century. The market square here with outdoor cafés and elegant restaurants is the focal point here,where the market also takes place every Sunday from 8am – 1pm.
The luxury villa to rent’s outdoor amenities include a lovely garden area, swimming pool and an outdoor table tennis table. Moreover, there is a beautiful covered terrace with large wicker sofas to enjoy relaxing in the shade, as well as an outdoor dining table, seating 14 people, for enjoying al fresco meals. Both the pool terrace and the first floor terrace are furnished with comfortable sun loungers. The pool (approximately 3.5 x 7m) is not deep so not suitable for jumping in or diving.
The accommodation at this luxury Mallorca villa rental is on two floors with a large living area and children’s game/entertainment room on the ground floor, together with a well equipped kitchen and dining area. On this level there is also a children’s bedroom with a bunk bed, a single bed and a pull-out bed (optional), and an en-suite shower room. There is also a double bedroom and a double/twin bedroom both with en-suite shower rooms, as well as a utility room. The master bedroom (with full en-suite bathroom) and the other two bedrooms (a double bedroom and another double bedroom, both with shower rooms) are on the first floor. The master bedroom and the double bedroom share a terrace overlooking the pool area. Further amenities include DVD player, Bluray player, PS3, 2 Apple TVs, Satellite TV, air conditioning, hairdryer and a barbecue.
