The villa is surrounded by a well maintained Mediterranean gardens. Outside there is a 12x6m swimming pool and a terrace, perfect for al fresco dining in the evening or sunbathing in the afternoon. Guests here have the advantage of both a pool and the sea for swimming.

Steps at the main front door lead into a bright entrance hall which forms the centre of the villa. On the ground level there is an interior patio with a tall, exotic, coconut palm in the centre which grows up into the lounge level. There is light wood parquet flooring throughout with finest quality furniture in every room. The luxury Mallorca villa rental's bedrooms are on a lower pool level, with the living area upstairs. The lounge dining area has wide sofas and a plasma TV. Full-length glass sliding doors open out onto a wonderful covered terrace boasting fabulous sea views. The bright and modern kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances as well as a breakfast bar. The bedrooms are all on the lower floor with three of them all opening out onto the pool level, all with their own en-suite bathrooms. There are 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in total. There are two twin/double bedrooms (beds are pushed together), each with an en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower. The other twin/double has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. These three bedrooms have sliding doors out onto an upper terrace which runs along the length of the villa and is shared by these three bedrooms with a view of the pool and gardens. The fourth bedroom is a smaller bedroom with a single bed and pull-out trundle to make two twin beds. It also has an en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower.
