This impressive vacation home has secure entry phone pads on all levels, and there is also garage parking, and off-street parking for 3 cars. Recently constructed, there is also a Tower Terrace/Den, a beautifully designed terrace, furnished with two extra-large sofas and sunbeds to take advantage of the amazing sea, mountain and headline views. There are also retractable sun shades a drinks fridge and a shower at this level. At the top of the tower, the den offers a quiet space with a four-poster day bed, television and entry pad.

Entry Level/Upper Floor: 

The triple height entrance hall leads into the interior reception hall which features a large architectural skylight allowing for soft, natural daylight. There are 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms, all en-suite, a large television lounge, cloakroom & guest WC, service kitchen and breakfast loggia (seats 8). All rooms on this level give access to the upper level solarium with 4 extra large sunbeds, drink tables and sun umbrellas and spectacular sea and mountain views. The Courtyard Bedroom (separate access from the main house) is also located on this level. 

Mid (Master) Level:  

The sitting room has a dual aspect gas fireplace, recessed television and a concealed cocktail bar with fridge/ice machine. The master bedroom suite has a large dressing area and en-suite bathroom. A further bedroom on this floor has beautiful garden and sea views. All three rooms on this level give access to a shaded chill out terrace (with extra-large sofas) which overlooks the sea, pool and gardens. Guest WC and staff apartment (with independent access from the main house) are also on this level.  

Lower/Pool Level:  

With generous proportions, this floor is entirely open plan and beautifully integrated to provide an informal living/dining option plus a fabulous entertaining space. This level comprises of a large bespoke kitchen equipped with every modern catering appliance plus a larder, walk in cold room and a bodega, backlit via 2-way glass to the dining area. Interior dining and lounge seating for 12 guests. With views over the pool, gardens and beautiful coastline, fully retractable floor to ceiling doors enable the best option for easy indoor/outdoor living all year round.
