I Trulli luxury villa to rent in Puglia with private swimming pool. It is located in the countryside near Ceglie Messapica, just a few kilometres from the beach, and approximately 10 kms from the town of Ostuni. Ceglie Messapica is one of the oldest towns in Puglia, dating back to the 15th Century BC, with a large and very well preserved historic centre. Activities with the area include golf, horse riding, tennis, sailing and swimming.
The Trulli have recently been renovated very sympathetically with use of traditional Apulian materials, and offer an elegant and very private property for a holiday with family and friends. The property comprises 2 hectares, surrounded by a wall and planted with secular olive trees and a variety of flowers and evergreen plants. There is a swimming pool (15×8 m, with a gradual depth of 2m), surrounded by a terrace with sun beds, and a big gazebo with a sink and a barbecue. There are wonderful views from the garden to the hills of Ceglie Messapica. The property is accessed by automatic gate, and there is covered parking available.
The accommodation consists of a large common structure with kitchen, living room and a guest bedroom and bathroom. There are four renovated traditional trulli, each with a kitchenette/sitting area, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom. In two of the trulli, there is also a sofa-bed are in the kitchenette/living area. In the other two trulli, one has twin beds in a separate room, and the other has a sofa-bed in a separate room. The optimum number of people for couples staying is 12 people, although is all beds/sofa-beds are used, the property can accommodate up to 18 people in total. Amenities include a TV in each building unit, air conditioning, washing machine and Wi-Fi internet.
