The beautiful Lake Como Villa Lakeside luxury rental villa is situated right on the edge of the lake at Lezzeno, about 10 kms from the centre of Bellagio, and 25 minutes from the larger centre of Como. Lezzeno is a charming and typical lake hamlet, where guests can experience the authentic Italian lifestyle and mix and mingle with the locals. The villa is reachable only on foot, down some stone steps which link the villa to the main road and private parking area, with parking for two cars.
The villa has a private pool and garden, as well as access to the lake and public beach. From the expansive garden guests can enjoy the magical lake views the property offers, in particular from the terrace and the furnished gazebo.
The recent renovations have restored this luxurious rental property to its original 19th century charm. . The accommodation is on three floors, with the living area and kitchen on the main floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms and, on the third floor, are the two remaining two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a sofa-bed for an extra guest. The villa has also a fourth floor where there is a Penthouse which remains closed. Amenities include satellite TV, air conditioning, heating and wi-fi internet.

Kitchen, dining room and a private bathroom. From this floor you have direct access to the garden, the pool and the private beach area.
First Floor
The main entrance to the villa is on this floor. Double bedroom suite with a private terrace overlooking the lake. This room has a spacious wardrobe and a full bathroom. Located across the hall is a further suite with a king size bed, a lounge area complete with sitting room and a TV, a balcony overlooking the lake, an original 19th century fireplace and a full bathroom.
Second Floor
A flight of 16 steps leads from the main floor to the second floor. Spacious double bedroom with a private bathroom. Bedroom with king-size bed, a lounge area, a full bathroom and a private terrace overlooking the lake.
