The accommodation of this villa across from the Amalfi Coast is in two different buildings, each with 3 bedrooms. Both are built with beautiful natural stone, and the grounds feature terraces and the walking paths. The luxury rental villa is surrounded by lush Mediterranean gardens, including palm trees, olive trees, cactus plants, flowers and lemon trees. The terraces are furnished with wrought iron furniture and volcanic topped tables as well as lounge chairs. The pool area and walking paths and terraces are lit up at night. The swimming pool (4.5m x 6m, 2m deep) is on a terrace with wonderful sea views. There is also an outdoor dining area and an outdoor kitchen with traditional wood pizza oven.

The main building features a large and elegant living room with an antique terracotta and marble tiled floor, two stone fireplaces, as well as many antiques and paintings. The other building is close by and simpler in design. Satellite TV is in the living room of the main building and Internet Wi-Fi is in the main building only. The property is perfect for weddings and other special events. Hydrofoil connections to Ischia run from Naples every hour throughout the day, year round.

Main Building 1:

Living room with french door opening to terrace. The living room also accesses the dining room with 2 large windows and a French door, which leads onto the terrace, furnished with a large round table seating 8. To the left of the entrance is the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen facilities include a grill, 5-range stovetop, double sink, refrigerator/freezer, and double oven. There are 3 bedrooms (two double and a single bedroom). There is a shared bathroom with double shower and double basin. A second hall leads into the master bedroom (double bed) with en-suite bathroom with shower and bath.

Building 2:

This is on the same level as the main villa, and is accessible 2 steps up from the patio-terrace. It is more simple and modern with whitewashed walls and white tiled floors. Double bedroom with large wardrobe and en-suite bath with shower. Direct patio access. Second double bedroom with a fireplace, and a bathroom with a shower. Direct patio access. Twin bedroom with a large window and separate bathroom with shower.
