A unique holiday villa rental experience is to stay in one of the authentic windmills we feature on Santorini. Situated in the countryside between the capital, Fira and the traditional town of Oia, it is a peaceful and relaxing ambience, with its surroundings of white Cycladic architecture, green vineyards, and the blue sea. The nearest beach to the Greek villa rental, Pori, is 700m away, with black sand, and safe swimming. Access to restaurants, supermarkets and the famous caldera view are only 10 minutes away by car.The windmill also benefits from a panoramic view of the Aegean Sea and the islands Ios, Naxos, Koufonissi, Amorgos and Anafi. The property is close to the other two windmills we have for rent here, so two or three could be rented together for larger groups.

This charming villa to rent on Santorini has been built and designed in an artistic style, using ecologically friendly materials where possible. The circular architecture of the windmill allows for space and traditional painted cement floors and soothing pastel colours add to the feeling of peace and relaxation. The bedrooms within this Greek villa rental have built-in double beds with ecological mattresses, an upper mattress, feather pillows and air conditioning. The bathrooms are also very pretty and provided with hair dryers. The living room is well equipped with air conditioning, satellite plasma TV, DVD, CD player, telephone, internet access and safety deposit boxes.

Outside on the terrace is a bean-shaped swimming pool with hydro-massage facility for four people. A nearby pergola covered dining area is perfect for dining outdoors and fresh produce can be used from the Windmill’s garden.
